Fixed level 5 necrotic plague not applying initial blight

Hopefully fixed sound issues with Empower Runeblade?

Found another issue or two.

Skill:
Army of the dead's tooltip did not reflect the Stun % chance base increase with each level.


Trinket:
Twisted pommel got caught in the trinket touch-up crossfire and took a hit. He's now back, but will be adjusted again in the future.

Still workin on bug stomping. and some small ability tweaks
Necrotic Plague - Adjusted buff numbers again.
Army of the Dead - Increased stun chance % per corpse by 10%, now 60% per corpse.

Trinkets:
Bloodstone Pommel - remade
Twisted Pommel - remade
Vestiges of Life - now +dmg is not only vs. Unholy

Bugs:
Fixed blue text on Empowered Runeblade
Fixed Broken image on quest pop
HOPEFULLY fixed sanitarium issues. This one is hard because It doesn't happen for me.
