-Healing done increased to 33%
-added stress rec amount, 10%
-all abilities swapped to 4 combats end

Added new sChinese and Koreana loc's

Necrotic Plague:
-Increased duration by 1rd
-slight buffs to Debuffs
-Tooltip remake.

Bloodboil:
-Tooltip remake

Plague Carrier:
-Tooltip remake

Of course, jumping back in the files means finding more bugs.

Trinkets:
Death's Advance - Fixed speed buff, it was not working.


Abilities:
Empowered Runeblade - Updated the Tooltip to look better/reflect the new change better.

Small update fixing more localization issues. Never ending eh? I know there are more.

Empowered Runeblade: Updated tooltip, added +prot while blighted to the ability.

Deathcoil: Now launches from ooxx - xxoo

Updated Loc's to try and fix more blue strings with other languages.


Abilities:
Deathcoil - now deals a LOT more dmg to blighted targets.
Empowered Runeblade - The 100% crit now applies to Deathcoil as well.

Sounds:
Sounds updated, some for volume, others replaced entirely.

Fixed my mistake with the Chinese Localization.

Fixed a few other small localization/tooltip issues.

Major change, lowered the damage of 1 corpse consumed AoTD by 40%
