Added a new tweak for Vanilla Events Expanded.

Traitor Scenario Setting
- Modifies the Traitor hediff to be usable in the scenario settings. In the scenario editor click Add Part -> Forced Health Condition -> Traitor. Set the severity to 1, modify the percentage chance and set the context.
- When set up this allows you to have Traitors spawn in place of any person in the game based on the percentage you entered. Traitors can be anywhere and anyone. For best results disable the traitor wanderer event so there's no predictable reveals.
- Note: Currently the scenario settings treats colony born children as non player characters upon creation so its possible for them to inherit the traitor trait based on your selected odds. You can use dev mode to remove the hediff should this happen.

Added two new tweaks one for Core and one for Simple Utilities Ceiling.

Biodome Sunlamp
- Adds a sun lamp that requires no power and is designed to act as a transparent biodome ceiling. It's a simple alternative to mods that add skylights or transparent roofing. Material cost and work to build should be fairly reasonable as if you're actually building a glass roof.

Less Desirable Long Term Food
- Changes long term foods like Pemmican and Packaged Survival Meals to be less desirable than normal meals. Note: Distance seems to be factored into food choice so for best results long term foods should be stored near other meals.

More Children Clothing
- Added support for Vanilla Factions Expanded Insectoids artifacts.

No Age Restriction For Ideologies
- Changes the restrictions on Ideology roles, rituals and abilities to allow children. In other words they can do everything adults can do when it comes to Ideology interactions.

Buyable Research Data Tweak
- Traders now carry research data for their own tech level and one tech level below it.

Added a new tweak.

Tribal Patchleather
- Adds the patchleather recipe to the crafting spot allowing tribals an easier way to craft leather items.

Sealed Power Armours Tweak
- Minor change to the description.
- Fixed a bug where the Royalty DLC Prestige Recon Armour was incorrectly patched instead of the Prestige Recon Helmet.
- Added the Privateer Armour and Rumsuit from Vanilla Factions Expanded Pirates.

Ranching No Plant Malus Tweak
- Changed the tweak so it completely removes the dislike for plants, description, mood debuff and work debuff instead of just the work debuff.

Buyable Research Data
- Adds tech appropriate Research Data buyable from bases, caravans and orbital traders for all factions. The amount of which can be customized.

Faster Helicopters
- Speeds up the takeoff and landing animation on helicopters that are slow to use. For example this tweak changes the takeoff and landing animation speed on Vanilla Expanded Helicopters so they take one third of the time making them comparable in speed to drop pod style vehicles like the Toad.

For comparison the Cherokee helicopter normally takes 3500 ticks to take off and 2900 ticks to land. With this tweak it now takes 1200 ticks to take off and 1000 ticks to land. The Toad a drop pod style vehicle takes 1200 ticks to take off and 1200 ticks to lands. In Rimworld there's 2500 ticks in one hour.
