Added new buildable emplacements system (similar to Call to Arms system)
Reworked AI purchase system. AI purchases are less predictable and follow a number of different strategies. Also makes compatibility with other mods easier
Changed some weather settings for better performance
Changed allowed attack time. Attack missions now encourage you to assault rather than snipe every unit on the map one by one (use configurator to make it infinite if don't like)
Reduced heavy arty CP cost to 25
Reduced CP bonus for radio command vehicles and reduced their MP cost a little
Renamed resource difficulty text
Changed resource desync text
Added AT grenades to level 3 defense crates
Removed mines from engineering trucks and made them cheaper in MP and CP
Added new tank cover for AI defenders
AI can now buy a recon plane
Flags are now fortified by tank traps
AI infantry is braver
Reduced RP cost of soviet infantry to be on par with other factions
Increased RP cost of soviet early war heavy tanks
Changed resupply costs on easy,hard and impossible resource settings
Increased a bit rewards on medium resource difficulty
Increased enemy MP on hard and impossible difficulty
Increased rewards for bonus type missions on impossible difficulty
Adapted 5 more maps from Liberation
Changed rewards icons thanks to nectos to have better visibility
Fixed some decimal costs for finnish units
Fixed flammpanzer having too many crewmen
Fixed wespe missing one crewman
Added CP costs to off map support
Fixed some plane based support being unable to get resupplied individually
Reduced min stage of soviet 82mm mortar
Increased min stage of kv1_40e
Reduced min stage of 57mm US at gun,60mm mortar
Fixed CP cost of 75mm gmc m3 halftracks
Improved AI targeting priorities to better counter planes
Fixed wrong RP costs of flamer t34 85
