- Habitat habitation districts now replace 2 (increased from 1) instead of 3 clerks with farmers
- Restricted the custom Xenologist job, giving +12 society research per job, to regular empires only

Updated the mod for 3.13.0
- Changed the effects of the Ministry of Extraction/Acqusition to take into account lowered production of Prison Workers
- Reduced base amount of maintenance drone jobs given by arcology districts from 9 → 6
- Increased amount of Prison Workers via Prison Industrial Districts from 2 → 4
- Removed the changes to gas/crystal/mote planetary features making miners produce strategic resources and max mining districts being boosted, but made the features simply provide the jobs they were associated with pre-3.13 (like how such deposits in space affect habitats)
- Reverted the rewards of the Mutual Aid trade policy to its vanilla values

- Further buffed the Academic Recruiter Commissioner-class destiny trait from giving +0.5/+1 engineering research per Soldier → +2/+4 engineering research per Soldier
- Increased the engineering research per roboticist via the Great Inventor UOR trait from +0.5/+1/+2 → +2/+4/+8
- Increased the amenities per roboticist via the Great Inventor UOR trait from +1/+2/+3 → +2/+4/+6

- Reduced the scaling influence gain from creating pre-sapient preserves via the genesis civics from +25 per level → +15 per level
- Increased naval cap modifier via the Armada Logistician Strategist trait from +2.5%/+7.5% → +5%/+10%

- Increased the food gained from the Bio-Reprocessing Plants criminal branch office building from +10 → +15
- Swapped the strategic resource related with T2 and T3 physics/engineering labs from CassisVibbin’s mod (in line with the custom destiny trait I made)
- Reduced amount of maintenance drone jobs given by hive districts from 3 → 2 on non-hive worlds, aswell as from 6 → 4 on hive worlds

- Reverted the deviancy reduction effect for Evaluators/Chronicle Drones via the Integrated Preservation tradition back to vanilla value from -2 -> -3
