- Removed the buffs to the capital building productivity techs
- Increased the unity output for Clerks on planets with a Franchise Headquarters holding from +0.25 → +0.5
- Reduced the amount of Enforcers/Hunter-Seeker Drone jobs given by the non-hive imperial capital buildings from 5 → 4
- Increased the housing given by the System Capital Complex and Imperial Capital buildings via the Imperious Architecture tradition
- Changed the increased trade value and amenities output for Stewards via the General Secretary of Unions from +0.25 trade value and amenities per councilor level → +0.3 trade value and amenities
- Removed the increased base trade output from Stewards
- Increased the Mutual Aid trade policy from 0.2 energy/0.2 food/0.2 minerals/0.1 unity → 0.3 energy/0.2 food/0.2 minerals/0.1 unity
- Removed changes to subject subsidies (caused a crash somehow, may come back to this)

- Reduced the unity from Enforcers effect of the Dictatorial Cybervision government swap from +3 → +2
- Reduced the stability from Soldiers effect of the Dictatorial Alignment government swap when ruled by a Commander ruler from +2 → +1
- Increased minerals from jobs boost via the Mining Rush common trait from +2.5%/+7.5% → +5%/+10%
- Removed the increase to the added unity output of Enforcers and Telepaths from the Judgement Corps tradition

Updated the mod for 3.12.1, alongside the following changes:

- The orbital ring equivalent of the Noble Estates building now gives 2 Noble jobs and 2 Soldier jobs, previously an additional noble job
- Changed the effect of the Noble Chateau holding from +1 stability for each Sector Capital → +1 stability for each Sector Capital as well as +10% ruler pop resource output empirewide

- Reduced the max influence via Power Projection from the Miltary Overseer Strategist-class destiny trait from +2 → +1
- Increased the terraforming speed of the Cartographer Advisor-class veteran trait from +10%/+25%/+33% → +15%/+30%/+50%
- Increased the clear blocker-speed of the Expeditionist Advisor-class veteran trait from +10%/+25%/+33% → +15%/+30%/+50%
- Increased the Psionics-field research speed via the Psionics expertise Veteran-class trait from +15%/+20%/+35% → +15%/+30%/+50%
- Increased the Archaeostudies-field research speed via the Archaeostudies expertise Veteran-class trait from +15%/+20%/+35% → +15%/+30%/+50%
- Increased the ruler political power given by the Elite Benefactor Industrialist-class destiny trait from +15% → +150%

- Made Arc Furnaces and Habitat Central Complexes mutually exclusive in the same system
- Made ringworld segments not be affected by the max district modifiers from the Advanced Server Management tradition (Virtuality tree)

- Increased the upkeep of the Dark Matter Engines and Living Metal Augmentations traits from 0.1 dark matter/living metal per pop → 0.2

- Reinstated the forced slavery share from Slaver Guilds, but lowered it from 35% → 25%
- Removed the change the Slaver Guilds councilor (not working as intended afaik, may look into it in the future)
- Lowered the extra specialist political power from the Chief Posting Officer councilor from +25% per level → +20% per level
- Raised the cost/upkeep/production floor from -90% → -80%
- Restored the original consumer goods upkeep of Numistic Priests (apparently they benefit from the Merchant Guilds councilor effect aswell as the added amenities for Traders from Mercantile tree)
