- Removed the output increases for Catalytic Technicians/Chemists/Translucers/Gas Refiners aswell as their gestalt equivalents via the Catalytic Processing civic
- Removed the base stability output from Soldiers
- Removed the per-level production penalties to ruler and specialist jobs via Commander governors
- Doubled the home planet per-level stability buff via Commander governors
- Removed the per-level production buffs to basic resource jobs via Official governors
- Increased the home planet per-level amenities buff via Official governors from 2 → 3
- Increased the home planet per-level job upkeep reduction via Scientist governors from -1% → 1.5%
- Changed the Harmonized Society empire modifier (UOR-related) from giving +5 stability/+5% citizen pop happiness/-10% empire size from pops/+75% egalitarian ethics attraction → +10 stability/+5% citizen pop happiness/-15% empire size from pops

- Fixed certain subject agreement presets not having the newly added changes to the subject resource sliders
