- Tweaked how Crew Morale interactions activate
-- Now it uses a global actorValue to proc those, instead of being tied to an HP reaction. This fixes the bug of Crew Morale interactions not working if an actor has very low HP.
- Fearless targets are now immune to Horror
- Increased Desperatium tools passive range by 1

- For technical reasons, this mod (should) be now unable to kill you when you reach 0%. In short, you crew morale in combat will stop being reduced as soon it is lower than 21%
-- This is done to prevent a bug in zones in which you cant game over (example: arena)
- Upped the Crew Morale requisite for both good and bad interactions by 10 on each one
- To prevent visual clutters, enemies wont show that they are able to apply horror now
- Summoned units by the player wont be affected or affect Crew Morale at all

- Having positive Morale (status) prevents it from triggering

- Reduced the effect of Morale (status effect) over Crew Morale (while on player)
-- Previously, depending if positive or negative, it increased crew morale interactions by 50% per stack. Now the amount on which this is done is fixed, +1%/-1% per morale stack. Example: Previously, dying with 2 stacks of negative morale would have reduced crew morale by 20 (base is 10, multiplied 2 due to morale stacks), now if the same situation happens, you would loose 12 crew morale on death.
- Horror on heroes increases the chances of enemies to apply more Horror on 10% per stack
