This may reset skill points spent on his previous skills. You can reset you skill points on the character to address this

Manaan Fleet Captains (the ones from Marienburg) are missing skills. I can't directly copy from the Vampire Coast or Empire, so I will likely have to adapt/rewrite a couple to put here. However, I am devastatingly busy at the moment, so it is a low priority (it also seems as though no one plays as them anyway, or they would have complained)

Adjusted columns from 500 -> 30 to account for display changes with the latest patch (will create more incompatibilities with other skill mods in future, but the patch has put us in a bind here)
