Removed some warnings (not errors) and removed unused code since Vanilla Outposts have nuked their layout system and has bugs still need ironed out.

Right now on 1.5 the only thing this mod does is add more products to the mining/drilling and production outpost

1.4 version is still the same since there hasn't been any change in the 1.4 Vanilla outposts
