- Fixed summons set to target the player not actually targeting the player
- Fixed number indicators in descriptions of custom powers with Modifier effects not reflecting the proper effect of the power
- The "Kill Summon" effect has been merged into the "Kill X" effect since the latter made the former redundant, and the former didn't work properly with death triggers. Previous usages of this effect will be migrated to "Kill X"

- The custom description editor on effect pages will now be pre-filled with the original card description by default. It will appear grey when the custom description is disabled and turn white when the user presses the enable button or edits this description. Disabling the custom description again will restore the original card description
- Re-added the "Clear" button the custom description to said editor in light of the above change. This will make the effect description completely blank, and will enable the custom description if it was disabled.
- The "X Summon" condition now takes in card fields to allow for it to target summons with specific characteristics
- Fixed "On Summon" condition being triggered before the summon is actually summoned
- Fixed duplicate relics being able to show up in the loadout selector


IMPORTANT: The API for registering JSON items made with Fabricate through a Java mod has been changed in light of the fact that its folder parsing functionality was non-functional. Please see https://github.com/SevenDayCandle/STS-Fabricate/wiki/Uploading-Fabricate-Items-to-Steam for the updated API if you were previously using this feature.

- Added option to card generation effects to explicitly allow the effect to pull cards from the entire library as opposed to just the current card pool. Note that with the introduction of this option, specifying other card colors, the "Status" type, or non-standard rarities will no longer cause the effect to pull from the entire card library; you will need to use this option instead.
- Fix "Required" option on card generation effects incorrectly appearing as "Or"
- Fix Primary/Root nodes on effect pages being able to be dragged
- Fix conditions under multi conditions not being affected by the When primary node

- Fix upgrade previews on branch forms showing wrong forms

- Fix unplayable cards being playable when any card with a trigger is in hand

- Fixed Blinded power missing a tooltip
- Fixed crash when deleting nodes underneath Branch Condition nodes

- Added Stabilize effect, which prevents powers from decreasing in value
- Added several new custom run modifiers: Allow Neow (allows Neow to give blessings in custom runs), Dearth (non-boss relic rewards are replaced with Circlet), and Augmented (card rewards come with random Augments)
- Added several new base game powers as options for power effects
- The "Load example" button on the image editing screen for non-cards now shows relic images as options instead of card images
- Adjusted grid selection on said example screen to make dragging the scrollbar less likely to cause the screen to close unexpectedly
- Fixed queuing multiple Summon cards on the same Summon slot causing withdrawn Summons to disappear
