- Altered effects of the Heart-Shaped Box and Generic Dice relics available in custom runs. Also fixed Heart-Shaped Box having a much smaller chance of working than intended

- Added a new option for powers, "Every X", which makes it so that the power requires a certain number of triggers to activate. This can be set to reset every turn or persist throughout combat through the existing "Combat" toggle.

- Minor wording adjustments on power effects

- Added a new modifier, "X per card block", that allows effects to scale off a card's block value
- Added two new targeting modes for characters that utilize allies
- The "X Distinct Power" condition now has a "When" variant, which checks if the owner applied a power.
- Card tags will now show the number of their stacks when viewed without the "Show Card Tags in Description" option turned on (if it's larger than 1)
- Fixed Fatal checks being skipped if they ended the battle
- The templates shown when clicking on the "Load Template" button on the card editor selection screen are now alphabetically sorted. Also prevented Affinities from showing up on them when choosing them for a colorless card.
- Hopefully fixed text alignment being off in EUI's card pool screen for good
- Adjusted targeting checks so that ally target checks no longer check the source of the effect if it originated from an enemy
