- Renamed "Turn-Based" and "Single-Turn" power behaviors to "Stack-Based" and "Fixed-Turn", respectively, to better highlight their behaviors
- Added a "Stack-Based Last" behavior, which makes a stack-based power decrease at the start of the creature's turn instead of at the end of round
- Added a "Turns" toggle on the primary attributes page for custom powers to determine the number of turns a "Fixed-Turn" or "Fixed-Turn Last" power will last upon application
- Fixed incorrect wording on card creation effects
- Fixed "X times per turn/combat" triggers counting down even if the condition under them does not pass

- Added power editor. Accessible in the "Customize" menu by clicking the red right arrow button and selecting "Power Maker"
- Added the ability to create Custom Flags. Flags can be added by clicking on the "+" sign next to the flags dropdown. Existing custom flags can be edited or deleted by clicking on the edit/delete buttons in their dropdown entries.
- Added the ability to filter cards by flag in card-related effects
- You can now use the Tab key to swap between certain numerical inputs (on the tint color picker dialog, on the custom amount dialogs for cards/relics in runs, on the card attributes page, and on the numerical inputs in the effect editing pane)
- The "On Shuffle" condition on cards will now activate if the card is in the draw pile at the time of your deck being shuffled
- Remove limits on card counts in custom loadouts. Also allowed the Strike/Defend slots to be changed.
- Fixed relic banning in custom runs not working
- Fix locked relics showing up in EUI relic pool

- You can now add any amount of different cards and relics to loadouts by clicking on the green plus button next to the card/relic header (I'll be adjusting the visuals of these buttons later)
- Basic cards are now worth 0 in loadouts. Also changed the ordering of offerings in card loadout slots such that negative valued cards appear at the bottom.
- Added a new effect to change the form of the calling card/relic/potion/power
