Updated SFO units in db/building_units_allowed_tables/!!!!!!!!!!!!Unlocker_SFO_Missing_Unit_From_Building_Fix_Culpa, to hopefully fix any missing units from the unlocker.

V1.4
- Incorporated Culpa's missing unit fix caused be the Unlocker. I've also set the load order of the table higher than Mixu's More Building Slot Unlocker Submod, for the very few people who use it (Should work, but I haven't tested - Let me know!)
- Fixed up the pew pew magic wielding empire LL's to have Gelt's Imperial Adjutant bonuses, rather than Franz's (This was only Elspeth)
- Noted the stats on Grimm Burloksson was severely underpowered, brought in line with SFO Rakers (Sat firing into skaven slaves from the side for 4 volleys with the Raker point blank, killed 4. Had 14 second reload.). Currently I have just given his shotgun the same stats as the engineer shotgun magical weapon, and added the explosive trait to the explosive one - Still needs more to be reviewed more
- Fixed up Chaos Dragon health, as well as some stats for chaos sorcerer and Elspeth Von Draken's mount (Compared to Zombie Dragon mount)
- Removed Raker upgrade from Thunderers (SFO already has rakers) - Datacored - db/unit_missile_weapon_junctions_tables and db/effect_bonus_value_missile_weapon_junctions_tables

I hate balancing :)

- Integrated Culpa's SFO/Mixu LL skill mod
- Gave Beastmen stances same effects as SFO beastmen, and adjusted Tetto Eko's astromancy stance (Still need to check other factions)
- Gave Tullaris' Blood Voyage same effects as SFO
- Balanced out Gorfang's Waaagh stats
- Checked a few other things that have been on my list that didn't require changing

V1.2
- Fixed up Egil's Khorne cavalry again, so that it isn't applying to all Norsca factions.
- Added Empiral Adjutant to all Empire LL's. I will need to adjust some of the Wizard lords to have Gelt's boni, but I'm not making new ones. Please feel free to do that and I'll add it, this took me way too long as it was.
- Fixed an issue with Hellebron upgrade resources having Tullaris' in them and causing CTD (Didn't put wh2_main_def_har_ganeth in banned resource list)
- I also checked that the unlocker isn't interfering with any diplomacy from the Empire (There was issues in WH 2). But I'm going to try work on SFO/Unlocker builder fix as there are missing buildings and hence units from settlements.

- Fixed Egil having Heavy Cav and Skull crushers T1-3 from stables. Moved to Monster building chains. Had to datacore db/building_units_allowed_tables/mixu_chaos_dragon to remove Mixu's key from stables.

Used Mixu's LL pack file, and have kept every table that 'may' be editted, and then went through every table that NRKE and Hashut had and implemented the best stuff from both, then started adding my own changes.
- Updated NRKE's fix for Norsca bug
- Deleted "mixu_nor_skaeling" from db/armed_citizenry_units_to_unit_groups_junctions_tables/ab_mixu_legendary_lords_dev
- Removed battlefield VFX auras
- Did some balancing with some of small stats as per SFO's tables
- Removed upkeep from Lords
- Huss has new tabltes and info changed that wasn't updated
- RoR units should now be able to gain xp, but as per SFO, there will be UI issues with it showing correctly.
- Implemented SFO mechanics for Dark Elf factions (Elves, Lizardmen, Chaos and more to be done)
- A bunch of bug fixes that were missed from previous mods
- Some rebalancing done (still more to do)
- Removed battlefield VFX auras
