Improved the moonpool by putting a ladder

updated all out of date stuff
optimised compartments, which allowed the creation of a new compartment, added some protection to the conning tower's window
changed the bottom airlock to a moonpool, still clueless if it's done right but at least it works, also added a dummy docking port to it
entirely redone the wiring, no more wondering what goes where
removed a lot of supercapacitors and batteries, which freed enough space for more storage
changed the decoration in some compartments

Fixed the waypoints in the Stowage compartment
Fixed the spare railgun shell racks orientation

Added IRN Engineer, IRN Rifleman, and IRN Admiral compatibility

Added a hatch between the magazine and the engine, I thought I already put one down here, weird
Made deconstructor work 50% faster and deteriorate 50% faster, fabricator and medical fabricator also deteriorate 50% faster
Added empty diving suit holders for larger crews in the lounge
Rewired the batteries to reduce energy loss from energy cycle

Redone the pumps' relays' wiring
Added a bottom light to make finding the sub slightly easier
Simplified Ballast Tank C

Fixed a missing wire causing the bottom section to not drain
