- Updated Weapon Rack to now let you quickly remove weapons from it similar to weapon holders from vanilla.
- Added Plasma Cutter/Welding Tool/Underwater Scooter/Powered Container tags to applicable tools. Making them spawn with fuel/batteries/oxygen in by default, letting bots load ammo into them and opening up more opportunities for conditional checks from other things.

- Thermal Scanner now increases camera offset range by 500 like a scope would, but also obstructs vision while active.

- Added Plasma Drill, a increased ore mining speed plasma cutter that pales in comparison for broader general use.
- Updated Destillery Drinks to use new sounds and particles.
- Moved Wall light into electrical category.
- Visual edits to Double Timer to line up nozzles to pipes better.
- Moved Battery Power Pack and Personal Log into Equipment category.
- Removed Industrial Mech Suit/Heavy Welder perk option for mission mode. (You can find a slightly edited version of this in cut content mod now)

- Cut some items and moved them into cut content mod:
> Industrial Mech Suit. (It's too situational and practically exists in smaller form via heavy welder, the one handed nature makes it extreme cumbersome but is also the main purpose of it. So I've decided to finally dump it into cut content.)
> Portable Mining Drill.
> Glasses.
> Sunglasses.
> Harpoon Quiver. (Originally this was created mainly because storage containers couldn't store harpoons, but now stack size in cabinets is increased, so it's not needed really anymore, sure it can be used for more harpoon storage on your back, but so can your hotbar where you would prefer to have ammo ready to go.)
> Earmuffs.

- Military Scooter is now one handed and can no longer store scooters inside.
- Thermal Scanner can now be stored in inventory slots.
- Edited Surgeon's sprite to have even more pockets.
- Removed the unused since last update Drunk Resistance affliction.

- Changed Locked Crate event, added a bunch of sounds and made a failstate of shooting it actually send a projectile flying.
- Made Surgeon's Coat not holdable in any slot, so you cant carry 8 medicine via 1 slot unless worn.
- Minor edit to Surgeon's Coat sprite, adding a big pocket to legs.
- Update Cargo Diving Suit, Clown Diving Suit and Industrial Mech suit to use new vanilla oxygen consumption mechanics that checks that you need air, and also makes sure you are actually wearing oxygenite tank suits to give speed buffs.
- Reduced fuel drain on industrial mech suit from -0.18 to -0.1 to match vanilla exosuit.

- Added a new event exclusive to separatist stations.
- Increased frequency and reduced volume of the portable research station active sound.
- Changed all Portable Destiller drinks stats up to varying degrees, most of them have a more defined effect now. (Pomegrenade Fizz for minor heals, Raptor Rum for instant max drunk, Tobacco Bud Brew for "calming nerves":removing withdrawal/psychosis resistance, banana wine for small amounts of vigor, bloody matriarch for a fun time.)
- Added Portable Desillter drinks to nightclub merchants, removed selling to regular merchants.
- Fixed unupdated Portable Destiller drinks not being able to be applied as a healing item for infection.
- Staged removal of Alcohol Resistance affliction from Raptor Rum. Raptor Rum is now just a heavy dose if you want to get very drunk very quick, useful combined with Drunken Sailor, while the affliction still exists, it just removes itself ready to remove in next update to cause minimal friction to existing saves.
- Fixed a typo in blueprint for portable destiller.
