[POLISH] Animation fidelity improvement
-"Crouch Start" animation no longer plays when the down directional input is held
after a waveland/wavedash.
-Jump animation shortened by 2 frames. Her animation shift is now better timed at the top of the
jump arc.
-Jump Start animation offset realigned.
-Taunt animation offset realigned.
-[NEW]Taunt hurtbox made.

-Wall-E sound taunt now has a custom song.
--Lilac will comment on the song if her voice is enabled.

[POLISH] Victory Screen
-Transition sound now plays when loading into a Lilac Victory.

[BUGFIX] Amber Comaptibility
-Sprites separated. This stops Amber's shader from applying onto default Lilac's sprite.

Chaos Emeralds Buddy
-Adjusted code execution script location to avoid original colors flickering with super mode's colors.

Landing Animation
-The known issue about being unable to parry during non-combat land has been fixed.

Invisible Ceiling
-The known issue about frame perfect vertical options being input after blink dashing has been fixed.

Summoning Carol During Taunt (Keyboard)
-You can do it now. Same input. Reads for up_down, and strong_down during taunt.
Once summoned, buttons no longer need to be held to keep Carol summoned. (Taunt can be held to hold the pose).

Lilac Left Uncrouch

[BUGFIX] Chaos Emeralds
-Fspecial now always activates upon entering last stock super mode.
--Airdodging will now reset startup of Fspecial instead of cancelling the move.
-Enhanced max dash speed at 26 full-dash frames only activates on enhanced super mode.
--Now uses Dattack animation to demonstrate the speed change.

[POLISH] Chaos Emeralds
-Voidling alt (13) now has a different super form color and song. "Going Ghost!"
-THAT alt (12) now has a different song, (not new).
-Blue Blur alt (11) uses default sonic music with the mod.
-Boost meter now changes to gold when its recharge speed is increased.
-Alt colors got adjusted initial super aura colors.

[POLISH] Interaction
-Lilac will tell Neera to not worry if they are teammates.

(These changes should make the moves behave more logically instead of having a strong uppercut that
gets its force cut off by the top hitbox

-[BUGFIX] Milla's confusion on who you're teabagging will no longer disable a different easter egg.

-[BUGFIX] Voice toggle has been moved to not be covered by the frame-delay button on CSS for online play.

-[BUGFIX] Lilac's "This ends now!" voiceline is now stopped when KO'ed.

-[BUGFIX] Milla can no longer speak vicariously through all Article2's.

-[BUGFIX] The variable that randomly decides if voicelines should play now initializes at a value of 1.

-Sound now plays earlier, (before active frames of the move).

-Milla will now despawn if she falls below the playable stage area (offscreen).

Landing
-Lilac's hair now falls into place after landing out of combat with no direction input.
--land_time 5 -> 24 when the animation plays. Inputting a direction on frame 6 or later will cancel the animation.

Fspecial
-Shown pratfall frame is now downward instead of upward when parried.

BUFFS:
Uair
-Cooldown now resets to 0 based on your doublejumps. Not set to 45 being grounded after doublejumping within 20 frames. (What a weird system I had.)
--Getting hit allows you to Uair even if you just Uaired
-[MISC] Base cooldown increased 45 -> 65. (This is the same cooldown as doublejumping.)

Fspecial
-Rolling speed increased when grounded and used above 6.9hsp. (Dash-Start is 6.1 and Dash initial speed is 7.5.)

NERFS:
Nspecial
-Time to hit increased 1 -> 3
--[BUFF] Hitbox 2 delayed 1 frame to remove an overlap/gap.
-Move now ends when parried. (Shares pratfall frame with Fspecial.)

DAttack
-[NEW]Hurtboxing separated from Fspecial.
-Disjoint nerfed by new head hurtbox.

These changes should make the move connect more consistently, but not have an unfairly sized
second hitbox when hitting it raw. As well as making the high base kb not leave opponents in full
arc hitstun for a scuffed combo now that their drift can be followed.

-Now sits farther from Milla.
(Shield Blast)
-Now starts farther from Milla.

-Cannot be hit by the opponent in this state. (Why would you? She's so cute!)

[BUGFIX] Attempting to parry while on cooldown no longer glitch Lilac's idle stance
between combat idle and non-combat idle.
-She now enters combat-idle when shield is pressed.
