These changes should make the move easier to contest/avoid before it begins
without ruining its actual recovery distance,
while also returning its old use-case as a raw attack.

The move should now feel more logical
and allow for more control on where to place the spring.

+Projectile lifetime 105 -> 140

These changes make the spring feel more like a resource
rather than something that resets when landing like Kragg's pillar.
(You will always regain your walljump and one Uair when landing).
This mandates more use of your other recovery tools when in severe disadvantage.

-Cooldown when used to cancel Cyclone 180 -> 216

This change is to ensure you cannot cover every subsequent Cyclone use with this cancel.

Kikosho
~Hand dust changed to color 4.
This should brighten up this set of dust for certain colored alts without a white outfit.

~Hitbox now uses a whip sound effect like other tippers.

NERFS:
Dspecial Air (Milla)
-Milla now loses 20 frames of lifetime when hit on the ground, and 60 frames of lifetime when hit in the air.
-Hitting Milla will no longer act as a "whiffed" attack.

POLISH:
Fspecial (Dragon Boost)
-[NEW] Lilac will now "Boost Clash" with other Lilacs, including herself and Aperson's remastered version
-SFX for charging and boosting now play 2-3 frames sooner.

Blink-Dash
-DustFX is now animated!
--Have an exception case when y-position changes during a blink-dash.

-dash_anim_speed now increases from 0.4 -> 0.44 at max dash speed.

-[NEW] Hud icons for certain equipped runes.

-[BUGFIX] Fixed a case where the flash & sound indicator for when the energy meter reached full capacity did not play.

-[BUGFIX] Fixed an error message where draw_hud would run before Lilac was loaded.

-[BUGFIX] Milla's shield will now attempt to flip its projectile angle instead of the entire sprite when Lilac changes facing direction.
This should make the intended direction of Milla's shield and shield-blast attack clearer.

-[BUGFIX] Attack and Special inputs will now also properly cancel Lilac's smooth extended landing animation.

-[BUGFIX] Lilac left uncrouch should now be EVEN MORE FIXED, as the down input now needs to be held down to turnaround.
Angle adjustments might be made more lenient in the future because of this input change.

Happy New Year! It's the year of the Dragon. And this water dragon gets some additional love because of that. I hope you enjoy patch v2.29!

BUFFS:
Nspecial
-Hitboxes with angle flippers adjusted to be flipper 4,
(Horizontal knockback sends toward the center of the hitbox).

[NEW] Blink Sliding
-Pressing down JUST as you exit a grounded blink dash will give Lilac a burst of speed and Lilac will instantly enter the grinding state.

Fspecial - Dragon Boost Jump Cancel
-[NEW] You can walljump out of the wallrun from this move.
-[NEW] You can walljump off of opponents with a new hitbox that sends downwards.
--[KNOWN ISSUE] Lilac's hurtbox will be round instead of rectangular until you perform another action after the walljump cancel.

Dspecial (Air) - Milla
-Milla now has a more consistent behavior when getting hit.
--Probably.

Rune F - Doublejump hitbox
-Changed from Blink-Dash hitbox to Nspecial hitbox.


POLISH:
-[NEW] Easter-egg sprites added. "Now I have time to do this! C'mere you."

-[NEW] Hud element for displaying if Lilac has blink dash ready.

-Shenlin Park remake stage now has the same load-in line as the Lego version.

--Landing nair can lead to better advantage state. For being a hard move to read knockback on and low damage, this might make it feel a little bit more worthwhile to land.

**Compensation buffs would be to remove pratfall from the move and lower the power of the hit or to just revert the move!

Dragon Boost
-Startup armor nerfed (Super Armor) -> (Soft Armor kb13)
-Dash no longer invincible to melee attacks. (Still invincible to projectiles!)
-Extended parrystun window by 60 frames to allow for stronger punishes against the move.
-Meter completely drained when parried. (I thought this was in already).


POLISH:
-Walljump (first half) sprite got a touch-up.

-Blue Blur Alt colors adjusted.

[NEW] Sonic Rainbow Ring Compat
-Lilac can now spring twirl, and then taunt for an air trick! Completing the trick restores 42 frames of meter.
-[KNOWN ISSUE] Equipping an assist will break the ability to use the trick.

[NEW] Smokin Sexy Style!
-You can now press taunt to cancel Dragon boost into a backflip pratfall.
--The change is purely visual for now, possible mechanic changes to come if players like this idea. (Internal testing of restoring 100 frames of meter for 50% boost breaker duration.)

-You now get ranked on the victory screen!
--Ranks go as follows: C, B, A, S, Rainbow S.
---Each stock remaining at the end of a match (up to 3) grants a rank. Each 25% crystal bonus from runes grants an additional rank. Winning a match in under 125 seconds will grant a Dragon Speedrunner bonus rank. [KNOWN ISSUE]Time bonus is not granted when Lilac's voice is disabled.

-Badges now appear on the victory screen!

-Lilac reacts when running straight into walls and fixed objects "ouch!"

-Effects completely redone. (Move is functionally the same in gameplay).
--Lilac's sprite is now seperated from her cone effect.
-[NERF]Meter is now drained during startup.
Boost Breaker
-Lilac and the Breaker's position are now 12 pixels further forward when she enters pratfall after cancelling her Dragon Boost.
(This makes the boost breaker feel less "behind" where she was when used. Further adjustments are possible in the future.)
-[NERF]Minimum cancel time in the Boost window increased from 0 -> 3
(This prevents users from using the boost to place a breaker essentially "in-place" and hold stage control.)

-Idle Taunt (stretching) animation realigned.
-Dire spawn animation mixel removed.
-Lilac has a significantly reduced chance to comment on hitting incapped opponents.
-Lilac is now surprised to fight herself!

Taunt
-Taunt window 3 time extended 20 -> 28
-Taunt window 4 time reduced 46 -> 42
--Her lines sync up better this way, the smear is easier to see, and the 4th window reduction helps
to alleviate the "frame penalty" of trying to quick-taunt during a game.

Boost Meter HUD
-Updated for better visuals when the meter is nearly empty.

[BUGFIXES] Chaos Emeralds Buddy
-Split more code execution. Lilac no longer regenerates meter when the game is paused in enhanced super form.
