On request, changed class icon because it was the same as some other class.
I only changed it because it was asked for nicely, otherwise i wouldnt bother when i realized Pet Rock has 4 pages of classes and all the most fitting class icons for this type of class are already used up, literally the only one that i could find that both fit and was used already is the tank icon.

And i guess, tank icon does kinda fit the Vanguard given they are among the more durable classes on workshop w Sidewinder and shield.

XCOM was fucking with me and SDK kit too, broken tree should be fixed now and instead of galvanized armor, Vanguards get Engarge from Mitzruti perk pack, this adds bladestorm effect when they activate shield wall.

If you want to reset your Vanguard, open the console and type this:
RespecSelectedSoldier

Reverted back, seems to break the tree till i fix it

For some reason, update w galvanized armor failed to go through.

Vanguards got abit too much defence to work with, if you would give them a shield, MSGT Vanguard would have a permament 50 defence which is too much, not even Gatekeepers have that much.
Now they only gain 5 defence, capping at Sergeant rank, still would make them a slightly less attractive target, but not too much.

Also defence shift was shafted, originally i intended to be like "Oh now you can trade your 5 defence at Sergeant for +5 defence squad wide" but the actual results are on par why LWOTC doesnt have defence as NCE stat, because it means every Advent soldier would dogpile on the poor Vanguard unless he has shield himself.

Replaced with Galvanized armor from the Stormrider mod.

I forgot to replace Tactical Senses, it was a perk used in this class history before they were given shields.(Originally they were shotgun only, empty secondary).

Its replaced by Implacable, which you could use with Blitz Kick.
