- Weight decreased 1 -> 1.1
- Initial dash speed decreased 8.85 -> 7.2

- Waveland adj reduced 1.35 -> 1.3

- A bunch of random extra hitpause was removed from a lot of moves

- Longer cooldown when whiffing in the air
- Can now be used to bounce vertically off walls

- Can now only be done out of a dash turn

Uspecial air:
- Kb reduced 6/1 -> 6/.8

Uspecial ground:
- Weak launch angle changed 80 -> 60
- Strong launch angle changed 50 -> 45
- Both hits now degrade in power over time
- Can no longer go off ledges
- Charged version has a lingering sourspot
- Charged sweetspot kbs increased 1 -> 1.2

Dspecial (no meter):
- Dspecial now goes into pratfall or goes into pratfall if shield is pressed
- On hit, it can be airdodge cancelled or jump canceled

Dspecial (meter):
- Shield no longer destroys projectiles
- Shield/meter is lost when parried

Runes:
- Runes N and O changed to no longer be instakills or pseudo instakills
