- Added Bulwark PDL45 Point Defense Lance (900m PD beam that dumps 250-500 damage to a single missile every 15 seconds. Wait isn't this a grazer?)
- Slightly reduced BSHORT damage for LR beams (Plasma pipe rupture chance unaffected)
- Skybound MKI loses max repair bonus
- Skybound MKI DC Movespeed and DC Repair speed reduced to 10%
- Skybound MKI Engine and Reactor moved to rear of ship instead of center of ship.
- Skybound MKI Armor reduced to 33cm
- Very slightly increased Skybound MKI turn rate
- Phoenix armor increased to 38cm
- Phoenix max repair bonus increased to 10%

- Canker now has 2 6x2x8 compartments (missile shenanigans also very questionable)
- Devastator loses 10m/s speed (heh, needs a bit less speed for that effect)
- Devastator Signature increased by 50%
- Canker, Abscess and Ulcer slight turn speed increase
