Added an advanced setting to prevent this mod from adding its new spells to shops and random wands. Loadouts that use those spells will still spawn with them.

2 new loadouts: Biomancer and Sworcerer from More Stuff

Added the base mod's loadouts to this mod's settings menu, so they're all available in one place for toggling/selection. The loadout's name also now shows up in the slider tooltip.

[placeholder name] loadout now has an actual perk icon, the temporary shop is spawned by a pickup instead of automatically, and it should just generally be more clear what's happening and why

removed Flare Gun from Shady Chemist, it hung around from Apprentice for some raisin
