1 new loadout: Guinea Pig (disabled by default because it's not a "real" loadout, it's just a way for you all to try out the wands and items that didn't make it into a finalized loadout)

Just a quick once-over everything now that I've reached 50 loadouts. Some of this might have already happened and I just forgot to mention it.
- Boiler: spawns with 2 gas bombs instead of just 1
- Cataphract: moved to slot #9 and pushed other loadouts down one slot, diamond potion increased from 9% to 99%
- Electrochemist: pheromone potion replaced with herb pouch
- Voidwalker: removed Empty Wand
- Chronomancer: lowered recharge on Time Bomb wand from 1 day to 1 minute, so you're not *totally* fucked if you accidentally misuse it
- Monk: Hadouken now has Speed Up instead of Accelerating Shot
- Pied Piper: changed perk from Plague Rats to Revenge Rats (for some reason I thought TRS already used that perk)
- Powder Ranger: TNT Crate can now contain either 2x small explosive box or 1x large explosive box
- Vanhamato: swapped places with Particle Physicist
- Spellmouth: rearranged Forked Wand a bit to try and normalize each version's power level, lowered homing range on Munitions Vortex
- Techno Wizard: swapped positions of Horizontal Arc and Speed Up in the Charged Buster, meaning you can remove the Horizontal Arc after reaching a holy mountain (normal Buster isn't changed)
- Particle Physicist: swapped places with Vanhamato, Particle Accelerator follows a slower speed curve
- Combat Medic: swapped cast delay and recharge time on H-Bomb, and also added several slight variants that you might spawn with
- Modder: renamed with various placeholder names

1 new loadout: Combat Medic

Modified perks now show the correct description in the "press [x] to pick up" tooltip

Samurai: now starts with a whiskey potion

The Extra Potion Capacity perk now doubles the capacity of any potions and pouches you're carrying when you pick it up. It still doubles the capacity of ones you find later, too.

Fixed Fortune Teller's wands being shufflers when their perk should have made that impossible.

Nethermancer: reworked Void Barrage to behave more like the real thing
Archaeologist: re-added Increase Lifetime to Dynamite, since they now have a runestone to use as a throwing weapon

Fixed a bug that was causing all loadout potions to spawn completely full, even the ones that are meant to be partially-full

2 new loadouts (new total 42): Apothecary and Techno Wizard

Voidwalker: spawns with an empty vanilla wand
Bog Witch: reworked, now spawns with one wand (Poison Trail + Glueball) and a Pink Bat egg.
- Friendly reminder that poison transmutes blood into slime.
Spelunker: Healthy Exploration changed from 60hp to 40hp plus 20% of your maximum hp. This has actually been there the whole time but I don't think I ever actually mentioned it anywhere.
Plasma Caster: Projectile Eater moved up a few pixels to match your wand arm, it's basically impossible to shoot yourself while standing still now.
Goldbug: added a third Spark Bolt at the end of the wand to make failed coin flips less painful
Wasteland Warlock: added a few more guns to the drop pool
Probably some other stuff

3 new loadouts (new total 40): Goldbug, Spellmouth, and Wasteland Warlock

Crackshot: Flares reworked to act as a sort of "targeting reticle," seeking out enemies and shining a spotlight on them
Confusionist: Localized Reality Shift no longer has Nolla or Ground to Sand (2 minute bubble duration, but doesn't transmute solids)
Drifter: 70hp->90hp, removed Runestone of Weight
Salvage Sorcerer: renamed "Plasma Caster," replaced Runestone of Metal with Acid Potion
- I eventually want to tweak the Projectile Eater Sector so that its rotation actually matches your wand, making it more consistent at deleting your plasma beam emitter. That change is NOT in this update, but it's planned for the future.
Treasure Hunter: renamed "Archaeologist," now spawns with a random Runestone instead of the Shiny Orb
Lunatic: Peace With Gods spawn chance 100% -> 1%
