v2.5.4 fixed a setting with dependencies where mod would refuse to load or run without the nationality mods. Updated description to clarify whether not having specific dependencies will break the mod or not.

v2.4 completely rebuilt mod to fix recurring errors/corrupted data, which was breaking display text and causing dummy mercs to appear in certain instances. I sincerely apologize for all the update troubles but I believe it's all fixed now.
