Majorly buffed Sisters and Haunts Hero base stats
Their stats were overall too low compared to other heroes, even considering their unique capacities
Nerfed base stats of Allayi they are still among the best ranged heroes in the game, but not as far ahead of the rest of the pack anymore
Rebalanced Forgotten Heroes to have higher initiative, at the cost of a mix of damage and durability. Everyone who sees forgotten thinks they are supposed to be assassin, but they are far slower than you'd expect. Overall, they were like most other infantry heroes, but dealt slightly more damage at the cost of being FAR less durable, which is a poor trade.
Buffed up a lot of weaker heroes base stats

Changed some heroes and hero capacities that were underperforming and made science rush starts harder to achieve(similar to how it is in the vanilla game).

Experimental change that tries to add Eslek Tarosh to the game even when you do not have the achievement or he is otherwise disabled.

Kapaku

Grand Cleric Akuma:
Science Efficiency 3; Food Boost 1; -> Science Efficiency 3; Food Boost 2;

Felt a bit weaker than the industry focused counterpart. It should be noted that this buff was made with my Skill Tree Overhaul mod in mind, which turns Kapaku into far better governors, hybrids of heavy Science+Industry buffs.
Even in their specialized niche, other governors are far more heavily science focused. This buff should close the gap a bit, as population growth is quite a boon to Science Efficiency.
