Sin Reviver Update 2.42

New Abilities:
Forbid Slasher: 7f attack, which unlocks Enlighten Cross
Enlighten Cross: 8f Back dash attack, it’s aerial immune on initiative. When ability is reverse, attack is delayed by 1 tick, collision is disabled and dash speed is increased. If in combo, dash speed increased further
Revamped Enlighten Blessing: Command a Sin to charge an attack which targets the opponent position. After 50 ticks, the position which was targeted will be blasted by a Sky Drown. Sky Drown is interrupted if Sin casting is killed or Reviver is hurt. The area will be covered with a holy field, which for each Fighter in the field will grant Reviver 1 Heaven Stack per tick. (this is a testing ground, depending on what still needs to be covered will depending on the actual effects in the future)


Adjustments:
Now starts off with 100 Heaven Stacks
If opponent is near a Sin, Sin’s start up movement is 1 tick slower
Sin’s chip damage updated to 1.0 from 2.5 unless opponent is under rain cloud

Normal Slap: Increase width
Enlighten Slap: Now shoots 2 projectiles from 1 if reflecting
Enlighten Rain: Reviver only, plus frames while opponent is under updated to 0 from 1. When casting Enlighten Rain, the next attack gains 1 plus frame.
Surprise Attack: Using Surprise Attack removes Sin Big Slash penalty.
Together Now: Update cost to 600 from 500
Sin Forward Slash: Update damage to 40 from 50.
Sin Big Slash: During neutral or if opponent is not under Enlighten Rain, delay attack by 2 ticks
Sin Block: No longer parries. Can now move the Sin. If Sin is near Reviver while active, gives hyper armor. If opponent attacks Sin, opponent gains -2 block stun.
Sin Shield: Projectile Immune last till end of animation. Now shoots 2 projectiles from 1 if reflecting
Wings Of Protection: Update cost to 1 from 2
Lead to Rebel: Update cost to 2 from 1

Fix bug where the first block under Enlighten Rain will prevent guard breaks

SIN REVIVER 2.41 UPDATE:

This is based off matches previously from Monday and Tuesday events.

Main Goal: Sin Reviver has difficult in battle due to Sin’s giving the opponent too much of an advantage. This is intentional in certain situations; however, some cases Sin Reviver cannot even perform any actions due to waiting on opponent to hit the Sin for a hit cancel, or to parry the homing projectile.
Tools in Sin Reviver’s kit is either difficult to use or set up. To fix the problems above, the following were adjusted:

All Ground Normal Attacks (excluding Grab) will now have a toggle for "EFC" (Enlighten Free Cancel) for a non-attack Free Cancel with the cost being 100 Heaven Stacks to enable Enlighten Abilities.

Homing Crosses are no longer parriable unless the Reviver is hurt or projectile lasted 120 ticks.

Enlighten Sun: Active hit is now based on distance. 9f if distance is 10 distance or lower. 11f if distance is 20 distance or lower. 13f for far distance
Enlighten Rain: Life time updated to 90 from 60. Rain cloud can now move horizontal based on the D.I. x axis. Rain Cloud disappears early if Reviver is hit.

Sin Forward Slash: Updated hitstun loss to 2 from 1. Damage updated to 50 from 30. Damage in combo is now 30. Chip Damage updated to 2.5 from 3.0
Sin Big Slash: Updated hitstun loss to 4 from 2. Max cap of losing hitstun updated to 14 from 10. Damage updated to 60 from 40 for top and bottom. Damage in combo is now 40 for top and bottom. Damage updated to 80 from 60 for mid. Damage in combo is now 60 for mid. OTG damage updated to 30 from 40. Chip Damage updated to 2.5 from 3.0 for all hitboxes

Sin Step: Cost updated to 200 from 300
Together Now: Cost updated to 500 from 550
Surprised Attack: Cost updated to 400 from 550
Revive The Sins: Cost updated for each Sin to 175 from 250
Wings Of Protection: Updated IASA to 30 from 50

Sin Reviver 2.4 Version Update
Main Goal: To give Sin Reviver mobility similar to Cowboy (not touching Dash Backwards). Should now be able to keep up with the opponent if lacking Sins. Give more protection and time against rush down characters.

When Sins are summoned, updated the turn they’re able to take action to 1 from 2. (excluding Summon Sin)
Sins can not be hit during 1f of them spawning
Damage reduction has been removed when having no Sins. Updated damage when 4 Sins are out to 15 from 10

Dash Forward: Speed update to 7 from 12
SuperJump: Added
AirDash: NEW, dash similar to Cowboy in air.
Summon Sin: Sins will be ready to command at end of action.
Enlighten Sun: When distance of attack is 5 or less, active hit will be 9f.
Wings of Protection: NEW, DP, cost 2 Super

All non-enlighten attacks deal 5 less damage if there are no Sins. All attacks deal 10 more damage if there are 4 Sins are out.
