Rework patch, HUGE PATCH

Sin Reviver is getting a massive update to their kit. So for all those two Sin Reviver mains out there, here’s something for you so you don’t get “die”.

Sin Reviver has been a problem when it comes for new or average players, where understanding Reviver is complicated and overwhelming, making this not fun. And for the players who main Reviver, they have to work their extra to output a win result against players who know the weaknesses of the Reviver, which is also not fun.

This rework is aimed to decrease the difficulty for using Reviver, but still keep the complexity. The settings for this character should be set to default and everything missing from what all fighters normally have will be added.

Issue 1: "Fallen" breaks the game when fighting against Sin Reviver.

Solution 1: The issue is with how Fallen disables projectiles. With how disable works with the Sins, this will cause a crash if projectile was disable by other means. Therefore, to resolve this, the function before disabling will now happen within the disable function. (NOTE: some abilities which shouldn't be disabled by this mean will not be destroyed by other sources except itself)

OTHER NOTES:
Once the 3rd character is completed, I planning a little revamp to remove some of the complexity and weaknesses the character has. Try to make it easier to use, but still requires a puppeteer's mind.

Pride:
Heaven Enhanced: No longer breaks block and will now teleport on opponent.

Bug Fix:
Heaven Stacks UI for P2 will be on the correct side instead of centered.

Heaven Stacks:
Decrease the maximum amount Reviver can have to 4 from 7. Better UI.

Foot Stomp:
D.I. control when hit while OTG is increased to 1.3 from 1.0

Forbid Over Swing
Only hits 1 time from 3. Increase damage to 110.

Wrath:
D.I. control when hit with Wrath is reduced to 0.2 from 1.0
When Heaven Enhanced, Wrath must be blocked or attacked 4 times before interrupted

Envy
Increase start frame for teleporting from 6f to 7f.
Instant recovery on ground only happens during initiative.
Sin will no longer explode on switch and will disappear
When Heaven Enhanced, Reviver no longer attacks when teleporting. Instant recovery after teleport complete.

Pride
No longer can be interrupted until 14f
When Heaven Enhanced, no longer spawns on opponent. Can break block.

Revive The Sins
Sin babies will immediately spawn when they either hit the opponent, get hit, or parried.

Version 1.03

Forbid Jab: No longer goes though armor. Increase Start Tick from 8 to 9. Forbid Jab is now a mult-hit of 3 which pushes forward on contact with opponent.
Forbid Jump Slash: Increase Hitbox Start Tick from 6 to 11
Forbid Over Swing: Has a 3rd hit during attack
Summon Sin: Reduce the hitbox range
Aerial Down, Aerial Swing, and Whirlwind will now cancel when landing.
Aerial Heaven Awakens: Move speed decreased when tracking opponent

Revive The Sins: Reduce lifetime of Sin Babies from 300 to 120
Sin Step: Increase start up time for normal invulnerability from 2 to 3. Immune to projectile for the entire animation.

Fixed issue where disabled toggle is turned on to use Heaven Stack
Fixed issue where numbers appear when Sins disappear during Single Mode replay

Balance Update:

Issue 1: The Sins can be overwhelming when recovering from an attack. It goes to the Reviver's advantage if we receive one blow from a Sin and it gets stressful not knowing where it's coming from. Blocking is the only way to be safe since the Sins are immortal except for parrying.

Fix 1: The Sins can now be damaged by melee and projectile similar to how parry works. This opens more options then just blocking to escape the Sins. They will be interrupted for 80 frames worth and two hits they will disappear. They are invincible during their spawning state, interrupted state, disappearing state, "Envy" ability and "Pride" ability. Sins can now block single hit projectiles while hit-able. Reduce move speed when using Heaven Enhanced on "Sloth"

Issue 2: The Sins damage is too high. The Sins should be there for support. Reviver needs to engage in battle to do damage.

Fix 2: Reduce damage done by Sins

Bug fixes
-If playing Single Mode and replaying a replay, the numbers below the Sin should now disappear when Sin is gone.
