Sin Reviver 2.09:

New Abilities

Enlighten Blessing:
Condition > use Ground Grab
Can command a Sin to grab the opponent. While opponent is grabbed, gain 10 Heaven Stack for each tick (ending with 300 Heaven Stacks)

Enlighten Rain:
Condition > use Ground Heaven Awaken
Summons a rain cloud above the opponent and rains down. Opponent under the rain cloud will gain an additional blockstun when changing states, and also increase Reviver's heaven stack by 1 per tick. After rain cloud expires, a Sin is created.

Adjustments:

Enlighten Abilities (excluding Earthquake and Angel) cannot be used twice in a row during Sinful mode

Grab: IASA change to 27f from 15f
Aerial Down: Start tick for attack updated to 8f from 7f. Slightly moves forward
Forbid Over Swing: Reduce knockback
Heaven Pride Sky Drown: No longer Free Cancellable
Heaven Envy Nectors Hope: Increase IASA to 12f from 6f
Sin Step: Moves forward a bit
Surprise Attack: Sin spawning updated to 4f from 3f
Enlighten Earthquake: Increase hitstun for cross hitbox to 30 from 25
Sin Forward Slash: Increase range when using Together Now, Sinful Mode, or Surprise Attack to 55 from 50

Visuals:

New animation for Grab and Forward Throw
Sins no longer bypasses the ground floor.

Enlighten Sun: IASA changed to 24f from 19f

Quality Of Life Update:

Enlighten Abilities are now animated icons that shine a bit, alerting new or average players that it's a useful tool. Also alerting the opponent so they won't be surprised.

Sin Commands now will select the first Sin available, minimizing the amount of clicks if it's the correct Sin. If you select a Sin with the command, the next time the Sin is available, it will auto select the same Sin. (Lead To Rebel, Together Now, and Sinful Mode commands, are not effected with this update due to how they operate!)

Bug Fix:

Sin Step: Now shows the proper animation.

Sin Reviver 2.07:

Damage adjustments for most attacks.

Enlighten Double Slash: Breaks armor
Enlighten Angel: Now bounces opponent on ground hit
Enlighten Sun: Hitbox width decreased. Hitbox height increased.

Sin Step: Now cost 100 Heaven Stacks. Dash only cost 600 Heaven Stack from 750. No longer Framekills

Sin Big Slash: Start Tick for attack change to 10f from 9f.

Lead To Rebel: Super cost is 1 from 2
Revive The Sins: You can now choose how many Sin babies you spawn up to 4 (each Sin Baby cost 250 Heaven Stacks). Super cost is 3 from 2. Sin babies longer homes onto the opponent, but now loops around Reviver. Damage decreased to 15. Hitstun decreased to total of 15 ticks. Sin baby colors are now selected by Extra Color 1 and 2.

Sin Reviver 2.06 Patch Notes, second to last:

General:
Damage Proration has been added to most of the abilities.
When commanding a Sin, they start to move at frame 2.
D.I. has been adjusted better for all attacks
All Enlighten are now free-cancelable

Abilities:

Normal Slap: Victim Hitstun adjusted to 1f from 0f
Forbid Jump Slash: Now D.I. able
Forbid Double Slash: Moving happens on Frame 7. No longer resets momentum on opponent hit
Forbid Over Swing: Now causes opponent to ground bounce on hit
Aerial Swing: Organized hit box. IASA set to 18f from 14f

Sin Reviver Version 2.05 Update

From Saturday's event, we looked into the replays of Sin Reviver and decided certain abilities need to be adjusted accordingly

Focus for this patch:
To adjust abilities which proves to be too much for the opponent to handle as a surprise factor and to reduce certain pressure during block-strings

Lead to Rebel (COST 2 FROM 1): Revamped ability. This is now an advance follow command, to select multiple Sins to follow either the player or opponent.
Sky Drown: Hitbox activates on 12f from 6f. Sort of new animations
Enlighten Dance: Plus frame set to 1 from 4

Sin:
Forward Slash : Plus frame set to 1 from 3
Forsaken Wind : Sin will start spinning on 12f from 4f. New animations

Bug fix:
Enlighten Earthquake: Will continue animation after IASA 18f

Sin Reviver Version 2.04 Update

Reviewing: Against opponents who can easily destroy Sins while still doing damage to Reviver causes issues for managing Sins and Heaven Stacks. So this updates will help a bit on management and spawning in Sins, as well as Heaven Stack usable.

Sin: Has Projectile Parry window is disabled
Sin Babies: Hit Cancel On Hit is disabled

Heaven Stack Changes:
Reviver no longer lose Heaven Stack from Sin disappearing if they is under 1000 Heaven Stacks.
Lose 200 (from 120) Heaven Stack when Sin disappears

Enlighten Angel: Now spawn Sins for each hit instead of first OR second hit.
Surprise Attack: Now cost 350 (from 500). Can now be used even when Sin cap is max
Together Now: Now cost 350 (from 500)
Sin Step: Can spend 750 Heaven Stacks to dash behind the opponent. While dashing, invulnerability triggers without initiative and duration extends from 8f to 11f
Heaven Envy Nectors Hope: Sin no longer disappears after explosion
Help me: Sin no longer disappears, and they will explode
Forbid Jump Slash: No longer Block punishable.
Sin Forward Slash: Increase range to 40 from 35

Bug Fix:
Fix bug where Reviver mirror match will crash game if they both used any fizzle projectile abilites.
Fix where Reviver Cross projectile spawns a Sin when in Sinful Mode. (which is not suppose to happen)

Sin Reviver Version 2.03 Update

New:

A new Super called "Sin Block"
Sin Block (COST:2): Moves Sin to block (RANGE:10). Blocking starts on 4f and ends at 11f. If blocking next to Reviver, Reviver gains hyper armor. Will counter if hit. Anything projectiles which are "fizzle-able" in it's hitbox will be converted into homing projectiles. Grabbing Reviver will unblock the Sin.

Changes:

During the intro, now it will look like Reviver was not currently there and was teleported in
When a Sin is hit, they will instantly go into "Interrupted" stance.

Enlighten Slap: Can now be switched where Reviver shoots a Reviver Cross. When the cross fizzles, it will spawn a Sin.
Enlighten Sun: New animation.
Enlighten Earthquake: IASA is 18f
Foot Stomp: Increased damage of foot stomp
Sin Shield: When a projectile is "fizzled", they are converted into a homing projectile
Forsaken Wind: Can only select one Sin

Sin Reviver Version 2.02 Update

New:

Two new abilites have been added to give Heaven Stacks more usage

Surprise Attack (COST:500) : Summons a Sin on 3f, when spawn, they will attack depending on their command.

Together Now (COST:500) : The next Sin Ability can be used to attack at the same time you perform another action.

Balancing:

If a Sin dies, Reviver now loses 120 Heaven Stacks from 50.

Sinful Mode : The damage boost have been reduced to the point it's not noticeable. Any abilties which involves summoning a Sin will be either blocked or won't spawn a Sin (this excludes "Revive The Sins" )

Other:

Reviver's talk text color has changed.
New animation for commanding Sins

Sin Reviver Version 2.01 Update

Balancing Patch:

"Summon Sin": No longer has a hitbox
"Enlighten Angel": Will only teleport to target if they are hurt in air
"Normal Slap": Increased IASA
"Fluffy Kick": Increased IASA
"Heaven Envy Nectors Hope": Teleport now starts at 4f
"Forbid Jump Slash": Increased IASA. Punishable on block
"Whirlwind": Switch to 6DIR from XY Plot. Removed armor
"Sinful Mode": only one Sin can be selected per attack when using Forward Slash and Big Slash
"Sin Shield": Sins are invincible to projectile when spinning their scythe

"Get up" name changed to "Help Me"

Any ability the opponent uses to take control of a Sin will only be active during the attack the Sin makes, then it'll returns back to their creator. However if the Sin was taken control during their idle phase, they will go to their owner and slap them, then proceed to cry.

Bug Fix:

"Heaven Awaken Up and Down": No longer travels after attack
"Source" talk interaction now works, hopefully
Reviver will now lose Heaven Stacks per Sins death. Original value was 100, now will be set to 50 for now.
Attacks with earthquakes screens won't glitch...hopefully
