Important Mechanical Changes:
Count and Duke Legitimacy level 1(min) reduces domain limit by "1" now
Count and Duke Legitimacy level 6(max) increases domain limit by "1" now.
King and Emperor Legitimacy level 1(min) reduces domain limit by "2" and level 2 by "1" now
King and Emperor Legitimacy level 6(max) increases domain limit by "2" and level 5 by "1" now.

New Features Added:
New ruler no longer inherits 1/4 of old ruler's legitimacy.
Base legitimacy calculation values rebalanced.
Short reign duration, county opinion, dynasty prestige values of each level of Legitimacy rebalanced.(Negative levels cause more penalty positive levels provides less bonuses now.)
King's legitimacy level 1(min) causes tyranny gain by %25, Emperor's legitimacy level 1 causes tyranny gain by %50 and level 2 causes tyranny gain by %25 now.
All "legitimacy loss" values increased.
You now pay minor legitimacy when calling allies who are Kings and pay medium legitimacy for Emperors.
Bastard, Legitimized Bastard, Disputed Heritage traits now cause 2x more legitimacy penalties.
Base piey and prestige gain-loss values reduced.
AI seduce chances rebalanced.
Seduce accept values rebalanced.

Changes from previous version of the mod:
County and Duchy Holy War cost's reduced.(Higher than vanilla lower than previous version of the mod.)

MAJOR UPDATE

Hi everyone, mod is updated to latest version and optimized to work with new dlc features. I gathered mod's all features to one place ALL CHANGES you can check out. Thank you for every feedback.

New Features Added:
-Now levies have 4 screen.
-"King" base mercenary cost multipler has been reduced from 0.3 to 0.2.
-"Emperor" base mercenary cost multipler has been reduced from 0.6 to 0.3.
-%10 Mercenary Cost reduction added to Republican Legacy.

Changes from previous version of the mod:
-Royal Forest has been reverted to vanilla values.
-Short Reign time reverted to vanilla value(5>10) and Long Reign time reduced from 20 to 15.
-Inactive genetic traits inheritance chances has been reduced.
-"Count" base domain limit has been increased from 1 to 2.
-Diplomacy not providing vassal limit anymore.

Important Mechanical Changes:
-Now marriages and engagements do not automatically create alliances. "Negotiate Alliance" can be done separately after the marriage takes place. (It can only be done with marriage, this option is not available with engagement).

New Features Added:
-Fleet speed slowed down by 1/3.
-Supply loss at sea is now 2 times less.
-Fleet maintenance is now 5% cheaper.
-Embark cost is now two times higher.
-It now takes twice as long to assemble an army.
-AI Great Holy War participation is now more realistic and takes many things into account.
-City building (Village Center) now provides mercenary cost reduction and more holding tax and advancement and "Guilds" building buffed.
-Venezia and Genoa now start as city instead of castle.
-Republics are earning more money now and they have mercenary cost reductions so they will be more active and hard to defeat now.
-Calling an alliance to war now requires much more prestige.
-"Negotiate Alliance" acceptance values have been fixed.
-Torturer tree has been fixed.
-AI Engagement age is now 14.
-Allies can no longer be called to an offensive war while in negative prestige.

Changes from previous version of the mod:
-Fixed some de-jure opinion modifiers.
-Fixed some more marriage acceptance values.
-AI now considers embarking much less.
-Fixed supply loss rates.

-Fixed some serious script errors that might be causing random crashes.
-Fixed a syntax error that prevented the "defines" file from working properly.

-AI disembark and battle algorithm improvements.
-Disembark penalty has been reduced from -30 to -15
-Some of Lifestyle Focuses changed.

-Tyranny lose was unbalanced so base decay of tyranny has been reduced from -0,60 to -0,40 (-0,25 vanilla game)

Important Mechanical Changes:
-Stewardship no longer gives any domain and divided attention perk no longer gives +1 domain, instead each era after tribal era has +1 domain innovation and base domain per title level numbers is like: Count=1, Duke=2, King & Emperor=3
(For example in the last age a King will have 6 domains and 6 maa limit that he can station.)

New Features Added:
-Denounce cost has been increased.
-Regent no longer gives domain to liege.
-AI acceptance penalty to marry its non-adult childs to older women has been increased 2x.
-Dynasty Renown cap per living member has been increased from 2 to 4 and renown values ​​have been balanced.
-Now vassals of same dynasty provides half amount of dynasty prestige and vassal spouses of same dynasty provides quarter dynasty prestige. (Base number was 0)
-Tyranny gains and losses doubled overall.
-Now you can revoke all criminal titles without tyranny.
-Warmonger tenet no longer gives invasion casus belli.
-Unreformed faith doesnt provide raid feature anymore. (Only tribals can raid now)
-Communal Identity Tenet different culture county conversion resistance modifier removed.


Changes from previous version of the mod:
-Disinherit cost has been increased.
-Emperors now has 30 vassal limit instead of 20.
-Tax collector levy and tax contribution at all levels slightly decreased. (Excellent collector levy contribution reduced from 80% to 68%)
-Base Genetic inheritance has become a little more difficult, instead blood legacy bonuses has been increased slightly.(Still balanced)
-Fabricate claim base progression have been increased.
-Kingdom Holy War cost increased.
-Factions are now more balanced.
-Struggle claimes have gotten a bit more expensive.
-Per above domain penalty decreased from -50% to -25%.
-AI's marriage acceptance penalty per Alliance decreased to -30 from of -15.
-Now opinion of predecessor is more effective.
