player grid checks during cleanups are used in the NPC despawns when no players are around

weapon randomiser is now more dynamic, it does not generate weapons for the prefab once per game load, but for each separate spawn, which leads to even more dynamic battlefield

- trivial and easy missions are now easier, number of enemy ships spawned is limited
- easy missions will spawn medium sized ships at the maximum, trivial missions are spawning small ships at the maximum

/npc help text is now generated server side, so mercenary values are displayed correctly

- NPC thruster usage updated to not fire thrusters unless vector change/speed change is desired
- NPC virtual movement removed (performance impact is very similar to new thruster usage
- NPCs in missions will approach the mission area faster
- Mission minimum enemy spawn distance can now be configured (default 3000m, min 1000m, max 25000m)
- Mission encounters updated to handle variable spawn distances
- /npc mission start command can now handle both positive and negative flags (negative flags are prefixed with "-")

weapon replacer will take free space on the grid into account and wont try to assign replacers if they can't fit
