Just a small one before christmas mainly to address a broken talent. A couple of other buffs too.

- Fixed Modular Repairs talent missing the new boost to Modular Repair upgrade.
- Military Scooter is now one handed and can no longer store scooters inside.
- Thermal Scanner can now be stored in inventory slots.
- Edited Surgeon's sprite to have even more pockets.
- Removed the unused since last update Drunk Resistance affliction.

- A small fix to ecorwander sub event (The npc that returns to ecor weapon) to tag the ecor weapon holder instead of a random research terminal which could be wrong in custom modules with more than one available.
- Changed Locked Crate event, added a bunch of sounds and made a failstate of shooting it actually send a projectile flying.
- Fixed split coconut pieces not despawning from funcannon if round switched after you shot.
- Added Ammo amounts out for wiring to steam turret and twin turret.
- Increased Deep Tissue Injury, of explosive autocannon drum rounds from 10 to 20 as well as the explosion radius deep tissue injury from 25 to 35.
- Removed the 10% chance of self stun on Autocannon which could trigger regardless of skill if you weren't "Recoil stabilized" (Exosuit)
- Increased shots per magazine of both autocannon drum magazine types from 24 to 30(regular) and 20 to 25(explosive). (Its cost vs shots was a bit unforgiving when you can get other weapons like HMG which cost less rare resources)
- Made Surgeon's Coat not holdable in any slot, so you cant carry 8 medicine via 1 slot unless worn.
- Minor edit to Surgeon's Coat sprite, adding a big pocket to legs.
- Update Cargo Diving Suit, Clown Diving Suit and Industrial Mech suit to use new vanilla oxygen consumption mechanics that checks that you need air, and also makes sure you are actually wearing oxygenite tank suits to give speed buffs.
- Reduced fuel drain on industrial mech suit from -0.18 to -0.1 to match vanilla exosuit.

- Added Carbine, effectively a larger, better smg that cant fit into your hotbar to balance it out, can be unlocked via "Don't Push It" talent, or bought from shops above 40% level difficulty.
- Added Slab Revolver, a heavy two handed revolver variant, offering higher firepower at the cost of firerate, accessibility and the loss of dual wielding, can be unlocked via "Lone Wolf" talent.
- Added Racker, a wreck unique shotgun that offers a minor increase to damage and 2 more shell capacity at the cost of firerate.
- Improved ECOR event, now spawns an npc to make it more obvious the event has triggered and giving directions as to where you could find it.
- Improved Contraband Event to actually have the guy be at the deconstructors and holding the crate, as well as "actually" using it in failstates.
- Added a new event exclusive to separatist stations.
- Buffed Coalition Justice/Separatist Judgement reload from 1.5 to 1.2.
- Increased radius on shrapnel mine larger radius explosion damage from 300 to 750.
- Increased shrapnel mine explosion damage values, small explosion lacerations from 20 to 75. Big explosion lacerations from 50 to 100.
- Reduced actual shrapnel count for shrapnel mine from 22 to 16.
- Increased deep tissue injury on deployable mines explosion from 600 to 700.
- Increased velocity on the Deployable Acid Mine mist spawners, effectively increasing the distance the mist spawns outwards a little.
- Reduced flash range for muzzle flash on silenced pistol and marksman rifle.
- Fixed the pistol outpost pvp crate not inheriting properties correctly from vanilla.
- Increased frequency and reduced volume of the portable research station active sound.
- Changed all Portable Destiller drinks stats up to varying degrees, most of them have a more defined effect now. (Pomegrenade Fizz for minor heals, Raptor Rum for instant max drunk, Tobacco Bud Brew for "calming nerves":removing withdrawal/psychosis resistance, banana wine for small amounts of vigor, bloody matriarch for a fun time.)
- Added Portable Desillter drinks to nightclub merchants, removed selling to regular merchants.
- Fixed unupdated Portable Destiller drinks not being able to be applied as a healing item for infection.
- Staged removal of Alcohol Resistance affliction from Raptor Rum. Raptor Rum is now just a heavy dose if you want to get very drunk very quick, useful combined with Drunken Sailor, while the affliction still exists, it just removes itself ready to remove in next update to cause minimal friction to existing saves.

- Fixed missing bandit npcsets, adding a bunch more in the process.

- Added New Disembark Perks for PvP/Mission mode.
- Added Deployable Nuclear Mines, which can be crafted for cheaper with the Engineer's Nuclear Option talent.
- Added Deployable Acid Mines.
- Reduced costs for fabricating Deployable Mine crates.
- Buffed Deployable Shrapnel Mine, now has an additional 300 range explosion that deals 100 bleed and 50 lacerations.
- Fixed Mine Deployer barrel's incorrect origin.
- Changed 40mm Incendiary Grenade to closer match the throwable incendium grenade. (Check description linked guide for new stats as it was changed pretty big)
- Buffed 40mm Rubber Grenade, stun raised from 5 to 6, amount crafted raised from 1 to 2.
- Buffed Rubber Rifle Rounds, stun raised from 2 to 2.5 per shot.
- Buffed Blood Thinner syringes, amount crafted from 1 to 2, bleeding vunerability per dose raised from 50 to 55, recipe ethanol required reduced from 2 to 1.
- Shredder Buffed mostly, 21 lacerations, 19 bleeding to 25 lacerations and 30 bleeding, but sever limb chance reduced from 4% per hit to 1% per hit.
- Fixed missing bonus headshot damage for makeshift rifle and rubber rifle bullets, not sure what happened to them but noticed while buffing rubber rifle rounds that they were missing.
- Patched a bunch of tier 1 crates not inheriting properties from base crate. (Made it not work with mods like PvP tweaks correctly and also wasted file size slightly.)
- Buffed "Trophy Hunter" PvP crate to hold 6 ahabs spears instead of 1.
- "Tactical SMG" PvP crate can now spawn up to 2 40mm Rubber Grenades.
- Added possibility of 1 meth to "Shredder" PvP crate.
- Added a high skill first reload sound for Sniper Rifle usage and fixed a small conditional issue with reload sounds for Sniper Rifle. (It was only checking for less than 40, not greater than 20 as well in one status effect where it was supposed to check both)
- Removed some unused code in Tactical SMG.
- Lowered barrel pos on marksman rifle to align more with actual sprite.
- Buffed Industrial Mech Suit defense heavily: Main damage resistances buffed from 50% to 70% (Still just shy of exosuit), stun buffed from 30% to 75%, burn from 70% to 90%, husk infection from 50% chance to avoid to 90%.
- Removed exosuit deconstruct item from industrial mech suit.

- Fixed engineer's Arms Race talent having a misleading description, saying it unlocks entityname.adepletedpistolmagazine when that item was cut into cut content mod eons ago. (No longer overrides the talent as no longer needed)
- Fixed hostile sub separatists not spawning with gear due to changed identifiers in vanilla.
- Edits to some Outpost Deathmatch crate loot, as well an additional new one.
