patch for 1.16.5 compat

- Made some changes to Netherlands historical path will flip to whoever has the most influence, and influence game will function reguardless of german and english ideology. Also fixed bug with this system which caused the germans to get way more influence than they should with WW DLC.

- Balance to spanish civil war to favor democratic/stalinist side a little less, since they tend to sweep around 70% of the time. Gave a slight buff to the carlists in their takeover state decisions.

- Made monarchist italy paths smoother when italy wins in ethiopia (since they get extra fascism support it used to mess with the speed the AI goes down the tree)

- Denmark - from 4 to 43 paths! and also a selector to manage Danish resistance!
- Sweden - from 8 to 47 paths!
- Norway - from 5 to 32 paths! including the Conservative path that the basegame has no AI for!
- Finland - from 5 to 49 paths!
- New global conflict mode: every country must pick a path that they join allies, axis, comintern or co-prosperity sphere. All majors are historical.
- Finland can now join Karelia if they pop up in the soviet civil war, Can result in regular white peace, finland getting Murmansk and karelia, or finland being annexed.
- Norway will actually use the decisions they get from their focus tree
- Swedish Nordic council will only target other democracies and authoritarian (non-monarchist) nordic countries, and the Communist Nordic council will only target communists and democracies.
- The Iron curtain focus for sweden now has different effects depening on your country leader (democratic - Join allies, Nils Flyg will join Axis, Karl Kilbom will join Allies and Sven Linderot will join the comintern)
- Sweden will actually support finland in the winter war if they take the relevant focuses, and will also send volunteers on historical if sweden has enough divisions. The Winter war peace out now targets more edge cases so there should be very little bugs there now.
- Changed effects of some Trotskyist norway path focuses to stop norway just declaring war on everyone.
- Restored the Quisling coup content for Norway that was removed from Arms against Tyranny, and reworked it so that you choose via event what to do with Quisling in the Historical focus tree. Historical AI will still act as it does currently.
- Removed civil war from Denmark fascist path entirely. Since it made little sense, locked out the fascist focus tree, and weakened an already super weak nation for no reason
- Fixed a lot of bugs left by the devs in GOE, BBA and AAT dlc's nothing major but lots of little easy fixes, mostly just accidentally leaving effects outside of conditional IF statements
- Fixed issues with germany not being able to complete their monarchist/democratic focus trees due to low ideology support
- Made it so that songs that are triggered via events by italy and denmark etc only fire if a player triggers them
- Cleaned up loc with pretty colours to represent ideologies.

- Hotfix for compatibility with GoE and the new hoi4 version
- Made it so that the new Raj (india) does not get revolts if you have the dlc. This is to stop a them having infinity revolts in 1940's. I will remove this patch when the devs inevitably fix this issue in basegame.
- Make france puppet spain instead of soviets if they sent enough support to spain without it wrecking their country.

- Added 40 new Hungarian AI paths.
- Added 17 new German AI paths, and a Fuhrer selector!
- Added 5 new game modes, which the AI will only select a Fascist, Communist, Democratic, Monarchist or Authoritarian path (if the AI does not have a path to relevant setting, it will select a random one as normal)
- Made German AI always select different inner circle members every non-historical game, with the possibility of each being able to take over (though it is uncommon without using the selector)
- Made the befriend Japan events and focuses in the nazi branches target Manchuria if japan is communist and the Japanese Government has fled there.
- Reworked France AI a bit so it can actually use features to intervene in the Spanish civil war, and will do so if France is going Communist or Fascist (i think this is like the fourth time I'm tweaking this lol)
- Fixed Swiss paths not going the right way
- Improved Manchu AI for going down the assertiveness routes
- Fixed some focuses that target Austria-Hungary that the devs forgot to change (since A/H can be formed by Austria now too. and some focuses still only target Hungary.)
- Fixed a base game issue with France releasing a million collab governments when it turns communist
- Lowered MEFO consumer goods uptick a bit for the AI (only) because the AI REALLY struggles with managing Economy of Conquest when not on historical.
- minor fixes here and there, particularly democratic Italy, communist Portugal and carlist Spain.

- Added 12 new Mexico paths, a new Mexican alignment selector with 6 different paths, and a Mexican foreign aggression selector with 2 options!
- Mexican AI will send volunteers to USA and Spain when relevant
- Mexican AI will use the 1940 elections events properly, and fixed the event so it fires at the correct time and not in 1941.
- New event chain for merging factions on certain conditions. Means that often the AI will merge 2 same-ideology factions together if it makes sense to do so and isn't wacky in the world situation. (Needs to both have same ideology, same enemies, nearby one another)
- Added a new path selector, and 7 new paths for every Chinese warlord.
- Made warlords use the borderwars feature
- Full compatibility with the latest hoi4 version, and the new DLC.
- Lots of bugfixes

- Made danzig or war and danzig for slovakia focuses actually work if poland is in a union with lithuania, or lithuania annexed poland.
- Redone a lot of German focus icons so the focus tree looks better (just using icons that already exist in the game)
- Italy and Japan patches
- Added even more complexity to the Turkish focus tree. Made the country turkey will ally change between depending on world conditions!
- New Turkish influence function, where turkey will actually align with countries that invest in them more!
- Added 3 different Turkish path selectors, technically making around 70 different Turkish paths! and a selector to choose how aggressively turkey pursues those paths (including an option to always or never go down the turanism tree)
- Complete rework of Swiss AI, so it can manage its balance of power properly to access different parts of it's focus tree.
- Finished off and made the AI able to complete the communist effects of the gotthardbund tree (basically the devs coded to make Switzerland go communist if they have a communist president but looks like they gave up halfway through making the effects, so I finished it and made it work.)
- Added 15 new Swiss AI paths, up to 20 from 5.

- Reworked historical Ethiopian AI so that it doesn't just go wild and do its own thing (e.g. it used to sometimes make rebellions in africa on historcial mode)
- Fixed Brazilian civil war caused by monarchist Portugal path which was broken by TOA
- Fixed a few Bulgarian focuses and decisions to work better with the new paths I added
- Fixed Chile not getting paths assigned properly (I missed ONE equals(=) sign and that threw the entire thing off!) and also fixed a basegame bug which made historical Chile not work sometimes.
- 9 new Ethiopia Paths!
- Added a path selector for the Ethiopian Exile government, and what country they exile to!
- Added a path selector for Afar with 4 paths!
- Made it so if Italy loses to Ethiopia in any way, they peace out afar too if Afar is still at war.
- Added even more peace conference AI for certain world situations
- Fixed descriptions for Yugo paths not showing (oops)
