- Both pistol and revolver scale change = 0.09 (was 0.1)

- Fixed a lot of small errors
- Buff flare gun (has a chance to stick into targets)
- Change some recipes
- Change pistol stats a bit
- Stun prod uses up 50% battery if it has a fulgurium battery cell
- Buff Star stun baton a bit
