Reworked gun rarity, all guns should be around 2x more common, AKA exactly as rare as vanilla guns. They now appear everywhere a normal gun can appear. Added the smart gun (finally). Wear it on your back and watch as it zaps enemies who try and get close to you. I will patch its balance and targeting logic later, I wanted it to have no performance impact for now.
