Hotfix 2.12a

Defender AI was failing to spawn infantry on some maps last patch -- this should be fixed now.

Minor Update 2.12

  • Significantly reduced Defender AI flamethrower/sniper usage (should be almost 0)

  • All 'new' vehicles (AT guns, tanks, snowmobiles, etc.) have been integrated into the tech tree

  • Rearranged the German tank tech tree

  • Small changes to USSR tank/APC tech tree branches

  • Increased CP limit for call-in tier 3 and above

  • Increased global CP limit -- previously this was so low that you couldn't max out all the call-in stages + support

  • Removed wait time for support call-ins & reinforcements

  • Engineer trucks (all factions): Removed pickaxes, added a wider selection of AT mines. S-mines for the Finnish truck.

  • Opel Blitz Radio truck: Now carries signallers equipped with flare pistols.

  • Added M1928A1 Thompson, drum magazine to the Ranger Platoon Sergeant

Minor Update 2.11

  • Hopefully improved/fixed issues with Defender AI only spawning 1/2 types of soldier (confirmed fixed for USA, RUS)

  • Added M1928A1 Thompsons, drum magazines and hand grenades to the M3 Lee (USA) and earlier variants of the M3 Stuart using technical manual loadout specifications

  • Added AT mines, grenades and carbine ammunition to M8 Greyhound based on technical manual information

  • Added 2nd Infantry Division squads to USA (Midwar, Defensive infantry armed with Hawkins mines)

  • Added some more AT mine teams for Soviets (Early and Latewar)

  • Slightly increased the CP cost of AI-only multi-tank squads

Emergency Hotfix 2.1d

  • Fixed CP/MP price issue found with some earlywar German squads/breeds
  • Removed Morphine from Ranger medic inventories -- Morphine has netcode issues that stops it from working properly in a lot of cases.

NOTE: IF YOU CHANGED YOUR PREPARATION TIME SETTINGS, THIS PATCH WILL CHANGE THEM BACK. I know it's annoying, but this is something that you'll have to do after almost every patch. For this reason I will try to keep patches/updates spread out by at least a few days unless users report a game-breaking bug.

Hotfix/Minor Update 2.1b & c

  • Fixed some embarrassing typos in units_usa and units_fin that may have caused some crashes during late-game campaigns vs USSR or USA
  • Fixed Finnish infantry CP costs being too high (Finnish infantry retain their capture speed bonus)
  • Updated and expanded the 2nd Ranger Bn squads for US: Ranger medics carry morphine syrettes! I am using these squads to test how well morphine works. If there aren't any major issues, I will start adding small numbers of morphine syrettes to other medic inventories.
  • US Ranger Humanskin & breed fixes: all Rangers now wear the right helmet and carry the right sort of SMG pouches
  • Minor tweaks to the T-37 (ShKAS): it should now fire more tracer rounds
  • 37mm M3, 51mm M1 (Early), 5cm PaK38 (Late), 76mm M1927 (Late) are all now available in conquest. These guns use slightly different ammunition types to their standard counterparts and should give players interesting alternatives. The solid-shot AP ammo of early US guns has better penetration but higher ricochet chance, while the later German and Soviet guns have HEAT ammunition/warheads unavailable on earlier models.
