- Fixes issues around the Docks / Mermaids conversations
- Investigated issues around Vlad not telling the truth.

The first floor of Aneki is "combat ready". Not balanced or anything, but you can fight your way through!
(And wow, that was a slug fest!)

The second floor should be even more fun for me to make!
I'm not entirely sure when I'll have time to make more changes, but hopefully it won't take me too long.

Merged in Dave's Drake combat changes. Drake now moves when he attacks!

If you saved in the middle of the Jester Spirit arc, your save may not work properly.

Added and statted Aneki NPCs. Added placeholders for hacking.
Hopefully I will be able to start adding combat logic soon.
Unfortunately I will not have computer access most of next weekend, so if I can't make progress tomorrow it may be a little while until I can add it...

Sorry for the long delay, work has been very demanding the last month+

This update contains map fixes for Aneki.
- Unused floors and props were removed to improve load time.
- Floors 3 and 4 were switched. It makes more sense to have the "secret lab" on the "death" (4th) floor as it is common practice for Asian buildings to omit the 4th floor.
- Began spec'ing and adding NPCs. Only the first floor has any yet.

A much overdue update. Aneki maps are now accessible. They don't have any logic aside from floor changing (and that needs some work), but you can still enjoy Geeked's maps.

Be advised, visiting the map MAY damage your save file.

- Replaced Old Town Hitman spawn logic
- Fixed Downtown "Chang Crowd" and "Wasted Couple" prop interaction so it only happens once and is on screen text.
- Made various non-com characters in Downtown Ambient to speed up combat
- Tenth Street Center map made stationary characters ambient to speed combat.
- Tenth Street Center map has updated spawn logic.
- Tenth Street Office Block map has updated spawn logic.
- Changes to Tenth Street "Loyal Citizen" behavior.

To Do
- Check the spawn rates
- Speed up start time
- Verify correct behavior
- Need to properly handle neutral turns
- Didn't check "return behavior" on Tenth Street Office block to verify that the enemies respawned.

Nexus Publish
- I'll update on nexus once I'm sure these changes didn't break everything.

Implemented activation logic for Down Town hitmen.
It needs more testing as some like to run away...
There are so many hitmen you might want to call the police!

Open Issues
The spawn frequency likely needs to be increased.
This approach also results in a slower scene load time.
The enemies are showing up as neutral for some reason... The camera is doing some funny things
