4. Scenario Instruction Maps (SIMs) for missions
5. Trigger sprucing and improvements
6. Player color alignment

09/28/2014 Update version 2.0

- ALL Missions received a custom Scenario Instruction Map graphic
- More spaced out format for Scouts report
- Small changes here and there, but mostly this campaign is robust already
