chaos style confederation - REMOVED
CAN NO LONGER CONFEDERATE X BY CAPTURING LAST REGION



updated warboss confederation script:
1. restricted confederations by target factions and source factions
2. can only confederate when your faction leader defeats the target faction leader in battle
3. if the target faction is a vcoast faction, its a regular confederation, if not, a function will trigger killing anything that isnt the faction leader and then you will confederate the faction
soon: noctilus vassal shtick will be removed

why replace the system?
the previous system didnt support faction to faction conditions, only culture to culture
so because i wanted the player to be able to confederate lokhir, the system also allowed confederating the entire dark elf race which is cringe
this is situational but for most cases, its easier to cheese capture all the regions of a faction than it is to defeat the faction leader in battle
not to mention that it dosent make sense, why would a leader surrender to you just because you took his region

fixed a major script error

1.sartosa cannons, sartosa mortars:
all stats reverted to the vanilla carronade and mortar
except engine health which is lower and upkeep which is higher
animations completely changed all around
added both of them to the starting army that aranessa fights, you can bribe them both
2. self taught gunner skill for aranessa changed, now provides upkeep reduce to all sartosa artillery factionwide
3. the tech skill that provided vanguard deployment when attacking at sea now does that only when in own water territory
4.black market removed from sartosa, all effects that reduce prices will be replaced
5. switched buttons between contracts and pirate prestige for aranessa, this is done through external script, please report if it switches back
6. removed fire while moving from sartosa militia, theres a tech node to bring it back, when its brought back, they can fire in 360 angle
7. devastating flanker for ogres effect on the pirate prestige mechanic pushed to tier 3, added a different effect to lvl 2 ritual
8. replaced 2 pirate prestige rituals, one for cannons and one for mortars
9.more changes to noctilus' ship
10. removed the 2nd army ability from cannon shipbuildings to reduce the number of army abilities possible in 1 battle (ui is not ready for more than 10~ army abilities
11.theres more i dont remember

opened rituals on aranessa's mechanic:
3 for cannons
3 for mortars
3 for handgunners
2 for melee ogres

"fixed" a vanilla bug that existed since the coast dlc released where queen bess had zombies chilling inside the artillery piece at the bottom
if you dont believe run the game on vanilla and look at the bottom of the bess


NEEDS TESTING:

1.added a persistent water vfx to noctilus ship,please report if it consumes your fps
will change the shape to a puddle as soon as i sober up

2.added a custom warboss defeated confederation mechanic
this will replace the "last region" captured confederation mechanic eventually but currently i left both things in for testing
dilemma triggers upon defeating A CERTAIN CHARACTER in battle

dosent work for AI
RIGHT NOW, every coast faction you play will be able to confederate everyone in this list
after i get reports that it works fine i will make the script more complicated, restricting certain confederations to certain factions ,requring that your faction leader fights the battle etc
just fyi the list isnt final
i might remove the rats and the red dwarfs
o shit forgot lokhir lol haha
will add the dumbass squidface soon

added more abilities effects rituals and all of that
removed restrictions from army abilities, added upkeep for the buildings because ammo costs money


luthor script changes (i hate scripts so much):
*capturing hexotl reward changed, will now reveal all lizardmen capitals every turn, this is done through script so wont work if you already captured the place before the update
*the effect luthor gains upon defeating mazdamundi changed: when luthor harkon defeats a faction leader in battle, a vfx will be placed on all of the forces that were on the map when the fight took place
its like the sword of khaine vfx
it can be seen everywhere and its there untill the force dies
