Garrison Upkeep BETA
-- added garrison upkeep feature similar to older total war titles (more info here )
-- BETA this feature is not finished and still requires testing / balancing, please leave you feedback in the feature thread
MCT options
-- added MCT option to limit a units maximum number per settlement to its multiplayer cap
-- added MCT option to enable garrison upkeep system (can be safely toggled anytime)
-- added MCT option for number of free upkeep slots provided by main settlement buildings
Repalce default hero
-- you can now replace a settlements default hero, simply select the hero and a new context button will appear, this works from anywhere within the region
-- !This is permanent, both the previous and the new hero will essentially be gone for the rest of the campaign!

-- I tested this to the best of my ability, but I dont activly play multiplayer, please let me know if you find any issues

Small Update
- added MCT option for generating player garrison only on game start
- added MCT option for limiting max unit garrison generation per turn
- added MCT options for limiting max garrison units for minor and major settlements (this is a soft limit and vanilla garrisons can be bigger, it will also have no effect if applied retroactively, the check happens only on unit generation)
