New Update - breaks savegames
- reworked mct options for more control over player and ai garrisons
- completly moved away from the old system for adding player garrisons and heroes
Heroes should now firt better into the settlement they are in.
Player garrisons are now generated the same way the ai ones are
- major backend changes to allow for mod support (see moc comp submod)

- reworked ai garrisons and replaced mct options
- added ability to recruit units directly into settlement garrison (toggle in mct options)
- new custom ui for the settlement panel

- added ability to remove individual units from garrison

Units removed from the garrison will now attempt to fill up an existing army first if any with enough slots is found.
To remove individual units first select their building then use the regular button for taking units out of the garrison

Updated for 5.2

- the mod is rewritten from scratch to use the new 5.2 features.
- vanilla garrisons are kept now and get replaced gradually as you and the ai hit the 20 unit cap
- garrisons now have random hero units for both player and ai
- no impact on allied recruitment anymore, the mod now uses regular foreign slots
