Small Update 2 (no breaking changes)
- updated player only submod for better compatibility
- WHEN USING PLAYER ONLY SUBMOD the player can now establish outposts again and use vanilla allied recruitment !only with the submod!

Update !not save game compatible!
- Fixed duplicate units in allied recruitment pool
- Fixed game crashing when making multiple alliances in the same turn
- Mitigated unit bleed over between merc pools (this is not perfect yet)
- Improved selection of units available from allies (work in progress)
- You can no longer recruit units from allies of you culture
- Disabled some units from appearing in garrisons

- fixed woc not building garrisons
- added mechanic for recruiting allied units
- reworked and rebalanced ai garrisons
- reduced player garrison upkeep
- improved performance when selecting a character (features that relied on this have been moved to a submod)
