-Tweaked minor faction killer MCT option so it takes into account if a faction has been set as major in the frontend. Now it won't, for instance, delete Marienburg if the Marienburg mod is on.

-10 more regions for the west darklands
-Thantis Tor off the coast of tilea
-Zhao/Miao start on the eastern steppes
-Sabreskins moved to Sabre Mountains, replaced with Lazarghs now in peak pass as replacement
-Malakai got more grudges
-Fixed some norscan vassal Ai thing
-"Finished" mortis delta and scalded delta
-Added some vfx for bridges into RoC
-Probably some more small things I forgot
