Reverted the change in giving Mec's the ability to use cover since they have no animations for it.

Instead they now use their own AI instead of the base game Militia since the first action of their AI tree has the behavior "CivilianMilitiaMoveIfNeedCover" which in gist is the probable cause for the Resistance Mec's standing out in the open.

The new AI is simply a duplicate of the base game Militia AI but with that first behavior switched for "NCMoveFlanking" which should mean they prioritize trying for flanking an enemy.

Attempt at a clean update to potentially resolve texture issues on the Bonesaw/Resistance Medic outfit.

Gave Resistance Mec's the ability to take cover to hopefully counteract the weird AI issue where they stand still and act like turrets after their initial scamper.

Updated CharTemplate tags on tier 2/3 Resistance Mecs where they were set as Advent and not civilian, an error that happened because I'm mentally ill. Should be fixed now.

Fixed a minor typo within the XcomEncounter.ini in regards to the EntrenchedGuards EncounterBuckets list.

If you have no idea what that means don't worry about it, was a minor typo and not some big disastrous bug.

No content or balance updates.

Added a Community Highlander required DLC warning thing since Resistance Warrior DLC not being in a user's mod list has been the number 1 frequent reason for mod crashes on retaliations in all the versions of my Militia Overhaul mods.
