27)Fixed Suspected 1.7.4 Bug: Slavery Laws where given LO clout buff again, but Debt Slavery got the +50% instead Slave Trade, which is very unexpected. For now I'm swapping these (which is how 1.7.1 did it)
28)1.7.4 Bug: When a subject has over 25 Liberty Desire, you erroneously only need to pay 25% of the infamy for any diplomatic plays you use on them, instead you're supposed to pay the full undiscounted infamy amount.

55)1.0.6 Bug: "No Home Workshops" PM for subsistence farms (enabled under collectivized agriculture) has its productions incorrectly placed under "unscaled" instead of "workforce_scaled". In 1.8 this bug doesn't distort the market but does make the tooltip lie to the player.
