some code refactoring
diving suits provide much greater protection against cough
cellulitis and necrotizing faciitis no longer affected by pomegrenade extract

not sure if i want to keep updating in terms of content. i wanted to dip my toe back into modding but still not sure if i will. maybe in the future

immune system will fight blood infections a little harder

reduced the chance of acquiring a different type of infection when already infected with a certain type
lowered the chance of an infection entering the blood (no longer a guaranteed event)
chance of high severity infection reduced
sepsis increase lowered partially
bot to bot cough spread further reduced

fixed an issue with how the body fights off viral infections
*immune response wanes rather than disappears instantly
added remdesivir to treat europan cough
added viral antibody buff after infection to give an edge over re-infection
npc to npc infection chance lowered

this is a stop gap to revamping the viral infection stuff

changed how blood infections are fought off (to be in line with viral infections)
added the "europan cough" as a test
made some things slightly more compatible with other mods (nicer overrides for certain symptoms/etc)
vaccine crafting yields 2 instead of 1
