v1.19 Gifts Update
Added - compatibility for KI5 primary trunks and truck beds, changed the system to pull from a list and added the primary trunks from KI5's vehicles, known limitation only the primary trunk is seen
Added - Xmas gifts that open with items inside, over 2000 different possible outcomes
Added - Items and recipes for tape, paper, wrapping paper, and 8 gifts and presents that only work in the milling machine
Added - Sandbox settings to limit the recipes including the new gifts and still allow admins to spawn the gifts in case they want to

v1.17 Update
Fixed - an error with the repair system that would throw and error and not use the material used for repairing in some situations
Changed - Menus involving recipe lists in the milling machine and categories in the UPM in order to pull the recipes from outside the mod
Added - New feature to allow add on mods to be created and connect to the IR recipe lists, a mod author can add a file or two to connect their mod to this or
a separate mod can be created to bridge the two
Changed - the cycles on the machines were locked to the OnEveryMinute() function in the game, it is now set to a 150 tick timer by default and can be changed
in the sandbox settings from 100 to 1000 ticks. So faster machines can pull it in faster and servers with a lot of players can push them out longer or simulate
the in game time of the current game. 150 ticks default is very similar to the once per minute setting on a 60 min per day game mode.

Removed - moving to the front of machines in order to interact with them due to and update with Building Menu, need to recreate the move to commands anyways and wanted to make sure you can still change their settings.

Added - The last of the integration for Ammocraft for the firearms submod
Added - Conveyor lifters, now move items between floors
Added - Robotic Claw condition filters that can drop these special items into a different container
Added - ability for track lifters and conveyors to move items into any container in the square, now you can use stacked containers

Fixed - issue with reusable items in all recipe slots
Fixed - overlay issue due to rewriting over previous versions
Fixed - Consolidation setting on UPM machines now pushes on empty containers after consolidating
Added - water use with plumbed milling machines and water sources
Added - misc vanilla canning and jarring recipes
Added - 6th item in recipe options
Note - Rewrote all the base code to make use of external functions to combine all the movement, creation, and removal of items with all the machines

Added - Track lifters with filtering by item type
Upgraded - UPM (splitters) now filter with multiple categories in a list
Added - UPM now can consolidate items like thread and gunpowder, items need to be of the same type for it to work (containers will be lost in the process, example: water bottles two 50% full bottles will yield one 100% bottle and no extra empty, for now this is how they will work)
