Slightly increased the armor effectiveness of balaclavas. This does not make them viable armor, to be clear, but it does mean devilstrand and hyperweave balaclavas will give 1-2mm of protection. Not much, but still something.

Buffed the grenade belts from Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Grenades.
For Ideology users, Blazebulb plants are now mushrooms so you no longer have to do some indoors/outdoors jank to farm them in the early game.
