Reworked the fire extinguisher from Vanilla Weapons Expanded. Did you guys know that, in base Combat Extended, the extinguisher weighs 5 kilos *unloaded*? It doesn't even give the 'soaked in firefoam' hediff!
I reworked it to just suck less overall, should now have a niche besides the firefoam grenades.
Tweaked the costs of rocket grenades and disposable rocket launchers.

Fixed an error for those that play with Vanilla Textures Expanded but not Combat Extended Armors.

Made a patch to make my composite vest removal more compatible with other mods that may be using them. Any patches targeting it will no longer cause any errors and pawns assigned to use them will use armor vests instead.
