There have been no changes to the weapon's DPS. Psy-related values are based off the Eltex Staff, about -60%. Now the dagger is a nice weapon for rituals.

I'm pretty happy with the balancing now, but I may make further adjustments in the future. I've considered a lot of things, like adding a negative mental break threshold modifier, or Persona traits. But, I'd rather just keep it as a simple blade, with minimal gimmicks.
