Big Things Don't Get Hugs >> Added localiztion to note the added immunities from this mod list.
MOCX >> Capped reward soldier ranks to Captain.
Configurable Objective Health >> Rebalanced protect the device HP for the damage output and difficulty of this list.
Rocket Launchers >> Tweaked Plasma Ejector damage due to the way the rocket is designed so that it actually is usable again.
Colored Ammo Bar >> Add CTD Rounds coloring.
SPARK Ruler >> Remove attachment slots from Ruler armor.

Tweaks:
Diverse Aliens By Force Level >> Add rule starting at FL 12 gives a 33% chance for every enemy pod to gain +1 enemy
LW Classes >> Remove the PCS chips from the loot tables (we are using PExM & Failsafe Hacking chips which replace the psi/hack chips from this mod)
Butterfly/Richard's Amalgamation Specs >> Tweak Heal & Healing Touch so they are consistent. Both now have 3 charges per mission and a 1 turn cooldown to avoid single turn spam.
Rocket Launchers >> Continue playing whack-a-mole with the Nuke covert action to try and keep it from appearing
EU Berkserker >> The nerfs put in place were too restricting. Can now dash-attack on reaction again versus requiring the Berserker to already be adjacent to an enemy before punching on reaction.

Tweaks:
MOCX >> Enables Customizer+ variant bleedout math. MOCX units should now enter bleedout ~50% of the time rather than 100% of the time as it is currently. Also turns on the option so that MOCX MECs and MOCX MEC Troopers will be counted toward the squad cap instead of spawning as "bonus" units in the pod drops.
